Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัถตุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาลักษณะเฉพาะและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดทักษะการรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต ตามลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดฯที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น แบ่งขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดการพัฒนาลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดทักษะการรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต และ ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแบบวัดฯ ตามลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดที่ได้สร้างขึ้น ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครฯ และปริมณฑล มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จึงได้ตัวอย่างจำนวน 301 คน เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบวัดฯ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินลักษณะเฉพาะฯ และ แบบวัดทักษะการรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีฯที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากลักษณะเฉพาะฯ ซึ่งมีรูปแบบข้อคำถามเป็นแบบผสม ประกอบด้วยข้อคำถามแบบปรนัยหลายตัวเลือก อัตนัยตอบสั้น และ การมอบหมายภาระงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและตรวจสอบคุณภาพรายข้ออำนาจจำแนกโดยการพิจารณาการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย (T-Test independent) ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ด้วยโปรแกรม Mplus ตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงโดยพิจารณาค่าความสอดคล้องภายในด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) การพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดฯตามลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดฯที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมีองค์ประกอบของลักษณะเฉพาะได้แก่ บทนำ คำอธิบายทั่วไปในการใช้ลักษณะเฉพาะ วัตถุประสงค์ของการสอบ เนื้อหาสาระและทักษะที่ต้องการวัด โครงสร้างแบบวัด รูปแบบของแบบวัด ลักษณะเฉพาะของข้อคำถาม ขั้นตอนการออกแบบและพัฒนาข้อคำถาม เกณฑ์การประเมิน ตัวอย่างข้อคำถาม ในภาพรวมมีผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.23 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.25 2) การพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดทักษะฯที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากลักษณะเฉพาะโดยการตรวจสอบคุณภาพความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากกลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Chi-square = 152.429, df= 128, P=0.069, CFI= 0.958, TLI= 0.956, RMSEA = 0.025, SRMR=0.046) การตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทักษะฯมีค่าความเที่ยงในระดับสูง (α=0.77) และการพิจารณาการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย (T-Test independent) พบว่า ผลการทดสอบวัดระดับทักษะการรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 21.14 คะแนนจากคะแนนเต็ม35 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.40 จัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์พอใช้
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research were 1) to develop and verify the quality the test item specifications of the 21st century information communications and technology literacy skill scales for undergraduate students and 2) to develop and verify the quality a tests that make from test item specifications. The sample consisted of 301 undergraduate students, using a purposive sampling. The research instruments were evaluation form, the test item specifications, and skill tests. Data was analyzed by using SPSS and Mplus. The research findings were as follows: 1) Development of test item specifications of the 21st century information communications and technology literacy skill scales that test item specification consisted of Test objectives, Components of the 21st century information communications and technology literacy skill for undergraduate students, Test development guidelines, Table of specification, Test format, Item specification, Sample items, Scoring criteria, and Grading criteria. The quality evaluation result was in the high level (Mean=4.23, SD=0.25). 2) The tests of the 21st century information communications and technology literacy skill scales for undergraduate students is mixed-format tests containing both multiple-choice items, open-ended question items and task. The quality of the tests consisted of content validity, construct validity (Chi-square =152.429, df= 128, P=0.069, CFI = 0.958, TLI = 0.956, RMSEA = 0.025, SRMR=0.046) and reliability was in the high level (α=0.77). The result of the tests of the 21st century information communications and technology literacy skill scales for undergraduate students have average score was 21.14 points out of 35 points or 60.40 percent which was a fair level.
