Abstract
งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารจัดการการสร้างสรรค์และผลิตผลงานภายใต้ Netflix Original Thailand เรื่อง “เคว้ง” และศึกษาองค์ประกอบและกลวิธีในการเล่าเรื่องที่สามารถเป็นผลงานที่ผลิตภายใต้ Netflix Original Thailand ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลโดยการค้นคว้าข้อมูลทางด้านเอกสาร การศึกษาเนื้อเรื่อง และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากบุคลากรที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการผลิตผลงานภายใต้ Netflix Original Thailand จากผลการวิจัยพบว่ากระบวนการบริหารจัดการการสร้างสรรค์และผลิตผลงานภายใต้ Netflix Original Thailand มีประเด็นที่น่าสนใจ ได้แก่ การทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างประเทศของทีมงานฝั่งอเมริกาและไทยที่มีวัฒนธรรมต่างกัน และการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาจาก “Writer Room” เพื่อเขียนบทและวางแผนงานทั้งหมดก่อนถ่ายทำ ในการถ่ายทำผลงานโดยใช้ระบบ “กองถ่ายทำนอก” เป็นระบบสากลให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพชีวิตทีมงาน อีกทั้งการรายงานผลและบันทึกข้อมูลลงบนดาต้าเบส มีความเป็นระบบและรักษาความปลอดภัยสูง ตลอดจนมีทีมงานตัดต่อและการทำคอมพิวเตอร์กราฟิก (CG) ทั่วโลก และการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาที่เป็น “Local Content” สู่กลุ่มผู้รับชมในระดับ “Global” เพื่อให้เรื่องราวเฉพาะพื้นที่สามารถถ่ายทอดสู่ผู้รับชมทั่วโลกได้ ส่วนการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและกลวิธีในการเล่าเรื่องที่สามารถเป็นผลงานที่ผลิตภายใต้ Netflix Original Thailand พบว่ามีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ตอบสนองต่อกลุ่มผู้ชม “Young Adult” นำเสนอถึงสภาพสังคมของคนในแต่ละภูมิภาคที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานผ่านสื่อบันเทิงแต่ละเรื่องได้อย่างชัดเจน มีการลงเนื้อหาของในทุกตอนแบบรวดเดียว และความยาวของแต่ละที่เป็นเวลาที่เหมาะสม อีกทั้งการถ่ายทำภาพที่สวยงาม และภาพคอมพิวเตอร์กราฟิก (CG) ที่มีความสมจริงและละเอียด ทำให้ผู้รับชมมีความรู้สึกร่วมในการรับชมมากขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้เห็นว่าการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาและกระบวนการผลิตผลงานภายใต้ Netflix Original Thailand มีการจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบและให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาท้องถิ่น สะท้อนวิถีชีวิตหรือวัฒนธรรมของคนในแต่ละภูมิภาคโดยถ่ายทอดผ่านการสอดแทรกกับเนื้อหาที่เป็นสากล ทำให้ผู้รับชมสามารถรับรู้และเข้าใจกับเนื้อหาในแต่ละภูมิภาคมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับเนื้อหาท้องถิ่นซึ่งช่วยพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ในแต่ละพื้นที่ในมีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองต่อผู้รับชมทั่วโลกมากขึ้น
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This research is a qualitative research that objectives are to study the process of creative management and production of Netflix Original Thailand names "The Stranded" and to study the composition and storytelling strategies. Researcher collected data by documentary research and in-depth interviews from person who involved in the Netflix Original Thailand Work. According to the research, it is found that the process of creative management and production of Netflix Original Thailand has interesting issues, such as Having “International Collaboration Workers” which are from different countries and cultures, Creating content from the "Writer Room" to plan all the work before shooting, Using an international system with sincerely focus on safety and quality of staff life, Using the data reporting and recording in the database which are highly systematic and secure, Having a great team of computer graphics (CG) around the world, furthermore, creating "Local Content" in specific areas that can be broadcast to "Global audiences" around the world. As for the study of composition and storytelling strategies, it is unique and responsive to the target audience which is "Young Adult" and presents the usual social conditions in each creative region. Clearly through the media has posted every episode at once and the episode length has the properly time as well as beautiful shooting images and computer graphics (CG) images that are realistic and detailed, increasing viewers feel and engage. This research shows that content creation and production processes of Netflix Original Thailand are systematically managed and focus on local content creation, reflecting cultures of each region by blending in the international content and also increases value of local content, helps develop the creative industry in an efficient and responsive way for responding viewers around the world.
