Abstract
ลักษณะทางกายภาพของคลินิกทันตกรรมไม่ได้ออกแบบมาเพื่อการรองรับโรคระบาดCOVID-19 จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการปรับปรุงพื้นที่กายภาพและแนวปฏิบัติทางทันตกรรมระหว่างการเกิดโรคระบาด จึงเป็นที่มาวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้คือ ศึกษาลักษณะทางกายภาพและการจัดการที่ปรับปรุงของคลินิกทันตกรรม คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อหาข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ทางกายภาพจากแนวปฏิบัติทางทันตกรรมในการรองรับไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 หรือสถานการณ์โรคระบาดอื่น ๆ และเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับการพัฒนาศึกษาพื้นที่ทางกายภาพ และการบริหารจัดการกายภาพของคลินิกทันตกรรม คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ในอนาคต โดยมีระเบียบวิธีวิจัย ได้แก่ การทบทวนวรรณกรรม การเก็บข้อมูลทั้งเอกสารแบบก่อสร้าง สัมภาษณ์และสำรวจพื้นที่จริง การวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าการปรับปรุงคลินิกทันตกรรม คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มี 5 ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง คือ ลักษณะและปีที่ก่อสร้างของอาคาร การออกแบบคลินิกทันตกรรม ลักษณะการใช้งานคลินิกทันตกรรม ลักษณะหัตถการ และงบประมาณ ดังนั้นในการออกแบบปรับปรุงกายภาพและการบริหารจัดการต้องพิจารณาเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ให้เหมาะสมรองรับสถานการณ์ระบาดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดด้วยทรัพยากรที่จำกัด คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ยังไม่มีแผนการรื้อถอนที่ปรับปรุงช่วงCOVID-19 เนื่องจากการปรับปรุงดังกล่าวสามารถเพิ่มระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยคลินิกทันตกรรมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้นแนวโน้มทิศทางนี้จำเป็นต้องคำนึงถึงงบประมาณ วิธีการดูแลรักษาในอนาคต และแนวทางการออกแบบคลินิกทันตกรรมใหม่ในอนาคตอาจจะเปลี่ยนไปจากเดิม โดยมี 2 ปัจจัยที่ควรคำนึงถึงสำหรับการออกแบบในอนาคตคือการวางผังพื้นและการออกแบบพื้นที่สำหรับงานระบบในคลินิกทันตกรรม

The conventional physical characteristics of dental clinics were not designed to support the current situation of the corona virus 2019 pandemic. So, there has been changed the physical space and management. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study the changing physical and management characteristics of the dental clinic. This research aims at finding facts related to the modification of space and physical management of dental clinics of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn university, Chiang Mai university and Thammasat university to support the pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 or other epidemic situations. Furthermore, this research is the basic information for the development of space and physical management of the dental clinics of the Faculty of Dentistry in the future. Research methodology includes literature reviews, construction document collection, interviews and on-site visits, data synthesis analysis and research conclusions. The results of the research can be concluded that the modification of dental clinics The Faculty of Dentistry has 5 related factors. These are building construction year, dental clinic design, dental clinic utilization, procedures, and budget. Therefore, the design and management of dental clinic has considered with conditions such as budget, safety and management. Considering these issues will most effectively support corona virus 2019 pandemic with limited resources. In the future, the dental clinic has no plans to demolish. The dentists interviewed suggest that the changes to prevent the pandemic increases the level of dental clinic safety standards better. Therefore, this trend has to consider the budget and future maintenance methods. In addition, the design guidelines for new dental clinics in the future may change from before corona virus 2019. Floor planning and space design for engineering systems in dental clinics are two factors that should be considered for future design.
