Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น โดยใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบอย่างยั่งยืน สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (purposive sampling) แบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือ 1) อาจารย์ผู้สอนออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่นเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) นักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น 3) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการผลิตสิ่งทอพื้นถิ่นของชุมชน และ 4) นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่เรียนด้านการออกแบบสิ่งทอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสังเกต ระยะที่ 2 ได้แก่ แผนการจัดกิจกรรม สำหรับการพัฒนากิจกรรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น โดยใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบอย่างยั่งยืน มีการรับรองและตรวจสอบกิจกรรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนากิจกรรม และด้านการสอนออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กิจกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบดังนี้ 1) วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการผลิตสิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น และสามารถออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น โดยใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบอย่างยั่งยืนได้ โดยควรมีการบูรณาการการออกแบบร่วมกับชุมชน 2) เนื้อหา สอนเรื่องการผลิตสิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น ได้แก่ กระบวนการผลิต ชุมชนผลิตสิ่งทอ วัตถุดิบ เป็นต้น และแนวคิดการออกแบบอย่างยั่งยืน ต้องครอบคลุมความยั่งยืนทั้งด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและด้านวัฒนธรรม 3) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน การกำหนดเอกลักษณ์ของท้องถิ่น การพัฒนาแบบร่างโดยช่างท้องถิ่นมีส่วนร่วม และ การสร้างต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทางวัฒนธรรม 4) สื่อการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ใบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ช่างท้องถิ่นในชุมชน และสื่อวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ ได้แก่ เส้นใยธรรมชาติ สิ่งทอชนิดต่างๆ ผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่น วัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นและวัตถุดิบธรรมชาติ 5) ชุมชน ที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม มีคุณสมบัติดังนี้ มีกระบวนการผลิตเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม มีองค์ความรู้วัฒนธรรมที่ต่อยอดไปสู่การขาย สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ และเป็นชุมชนที่ยินดีให้ความร่วมมือจัดกิจกรรม 6) การวัดประเมินผล ด้านพุทธิพิสัย วัดความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องสิ่งทอพื้นถิ่นและแนวคิดการออกแบบอย่างยั่งยืน และด้านทักษะพิสัย ประเมินจากผลงานการออกแบบของผู้เรียน ที่แสดงออกผ่านกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อกิจกรรมพบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x=3.96) ในด้านเนื้อหาและกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ประเด็นที่ผู้เรียนพึงพอใจสูงสุด คือ นักศึกษาเข้าใจหลักการออกแบบหรือ ผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอพื้นถิ่นมากขึ้นและนำไปต่อยอดความรู้เพื่อใช้ในงานออกแบบอื่นๆ ได้ ในด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ ประเด็นที่ผู้เรียนพึงพอใจสูงสุด คือ กิจกรรมทำให้นักศึกษารู้จักวางแผนขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาการออกแบบ
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of the research is to develop activities for local textile products design using sustainable design for undergraduates. This research is research and development. The purposive sample consisted of 4 groups: 1) teaching specialists in local textile product design for the environment 2) designers of local textile products 3) people involved in local textile production in the community and 4) undergraduates studying textile design. This research uses questionnaire, observation and an activity plan. For the development of local textile product design activities using sustainable design for undergraduates, three experts who specialize in activitiy development and design teaching of local textile products have commented and improved the activities. The results showed that the developed activities include 6 components: 1) the objectives which enable learners to understand the content of local textile production and be able to design local textile products using sustainable design 2) teaching content on local textile production: the manufacturing process, the community producing textiles, and sustainable design which must cover both environmental and cultural sustainability 3) learning activities which are comprised of four phases: community interaction, local identity, draft development, and cultural product prototyping 4) learning materials, such as the activity sheets for learning local technicians in the community, and materials which are natural fibers, various types of textiles, local textile products. 5) the community in the activities with the following qualifications: an environmentally friendly production process, a body of cultural knowledge which extends to sales according to the creative economy concept and willing to cooperate in organizing activities, and 6) the measurement in the cognitive aspect which measures the knowledge of local textiles and sustainable design and the psychomotor aspect assessed by the students' designs and creative process. The findings of the survey of students' satisfaction towards the activities revealed that the overall level was at a high level (X = 3.96), the issue that students were most satisfied with was that they have improved their understanding on the design principles or local textile products which can be further applied to other designs, and the activities helped them learn how to plan the steps in design development.
