Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารและทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชา อาจารย์ และนักเรียนเตรียมทหาร รวม 456 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินร่างกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNIModified รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร ประกอบด้วย (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ (3) การวัดผลและประเมินผล (4) การพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา และกรอบแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 10 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ (2) ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ (3) ทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสาร (4) ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม (5) ทักษะการคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ (6) ทักษะสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี (7) ทักษะในการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความรับผิดชอบที่ตรวจสอบได้ (8) ทักษะผู้นำที่มีความรับผิดชอบ (9) ทักษะการคิดยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว (10) ทักษะทางสังคมและการเรียนรู้สังคมข้ามวัฒนธรรม 2) สภาพปัจจุบันภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา 3) จุดแข็ง คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล จุดอ่อน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกในภาพรวมไม่พบโอกาส แต่พบภาวะคุกคาม คือ ด้านเทคโนโลยี (PNIModified= 0.273) ด้านสภาพสังคม (PNIModified= 0.196) ด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจ (PNIModified= 0.190) และด้านการเมืองและนโยบายของรัฐ (PNIModified= 0.186) 4) กลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ (1) พลิกโฉมหลักสูตรมุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 (2) ปรับเปลี่ยนการจัดการเรียนรู้มุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 (3) ปรับเปลี่ยนการวัดและประเมินผลมุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 และ(4) ยกระดับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the framework of Academic Management of Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School based on the concept of the 21st Century Skills. The results found that Academic Management of Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School are composed of Curriculum development, The teaching & learning management, Educational measurement & evaluation and Educational quality assurance. The 21st Century Skills are composed of Learning skill, Critical thinking skill, Communication skill, Collaboration skill, Creativity skill, Information Media & Technology Skills, Productivity & Accountability skill, Leadership & Responsibility skill, Flexibility & Adaptability skill and Social & Cross Cultural Skills. The experts agreed with the framework of Academic Management of Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School based on the concept of the 21st Century Skills. According to the opinions of expert interviewing are summarized that the 21st Century Skills should be emphasized on the ethics in Leadership & Responsibility skill and the framework will be activated because of the cadets will be the officers in the lifetime that the 21st Century Skills would have been used. Current condition, the side of the teaching & learning management and educational quality assurance are maximize and desirable condition, the side of the teaching & learning management and educational quality assurance are also maximize. However, the framework is used for developing the strategies that composed of 4 strategies are 1) Change the curriculum for developing the cadets to the 21st Century Skills 2) Adjust the teaching & learning management for developing the cadets to the 21st Century Skills 3) Adjust educational measurement & evaluation for developing the cadets to the 21st Century Skills 4) Raise educational quality assurance for developing the cadets to the 21st Century Skills.
