Abstract
พื้นที่สองฝั่งแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาในกรุงเทพมหานครล้วนแต่เป็นที่ตั้งของสถานที่สำคัญ และ ย่านชุมชนริมน้ำดั้งเดิม ตั้งแต่การเริ่มตั้งถิ่นฐานของกรุงเทพฯ ทำให้มีพื้นที่ท่าน้ำแทรกตัวอยู่ตลอด พื้นที่ริมแม่น้ำ ทำหน้าที่เป็นพื้นที่สาธารณะมาตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน อย่างไรก็ดีในปัจจุบันพื้นที่ ท่าน้ำและบริเวณโดยรอบ มักมีการใช้งานที่ไม่เต็มศักยภาพ ทำให้พื้นที่ท่าน้ำเหล่านี้ไม่เอื้อ ประโยชน์ต่อคนในพื้นที่ ย่าน และเมืองตามที่ควรจะเป็น งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ ต้องการจำแนกประเภทพื้นที่ซอยท่าน้ำและศึกษารูปแบบเชิงพื้นที่ อัน ประกอบด้วย โครงข่ายการสัญจรและพื้นที่สาธารณะ การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินและอาคารรูปแบบมวล อาคารและพื้นที่ว่าง และรูปแบบพื้นที่มุมมอง ที่ส่งผลต่อรูปแบบการใช้พื้นที่อย่างอเนกประโยชน์ อันประกอบด้วย ความหลากหลายจากกลุ่มคนกิจกรรม และช่วงเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พื้นที่ซอยท่าน้ำจำแนกได้ 6 ประเภท และพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีรูปแบบการใช้พื้นที่อย่าง อเนกประโยชน์ จะมีรูปแบบเชิงพื้นที่ที่หลากหลายด้วย ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า โครงข่ายการสัญจรและพื้นที่สาธารณะมีผลต่อการเข้าใช้พื้นที่ อย่างอเนกประโยชน์มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินและอาคารและรูปแบบมวลอาคาร และพื้นที่ว่างตามลำดับ กล่าวคือ พื้นที่ซอยท่าน้ำที่มีโครงข่ายที่สานต่อเนื่องเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของย่าน และเมือง จะมีโอกาสเหนี่ยวนำผู้คนให้เข้ามาใช้งานพื้นที่ได้มากและหากพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีการใช้ ประโยชน์ที่ดินและอาคารและรูปแบบมวลอาคารและพื้นที่ว่างที่หลากหลายด้วยแล้ว จะยิ่งทำให้มี ความแตกต่างของกลุ่มคน กิจกรรมและช่วงเวลาในการเข้าใช้งาน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The Chao Phraya riverside areas in Bangkok is the location of many famous sites and traditional waterfront communities. Since the beginning of the Bangkok settlement in the past, there were dock alley areas along the riverside, and areas utilized as public space from the past to the present. However, now, the river and surrounding areas cannot be used to its full potential as they should be. In this research, the dock alley areas were to be classified, and spatial patterns discerned including transportation and open space, as well as space and visibility that affect a multi-use space pattern consisting of inhabitant, activity, and time diversities needed to be studied. The dock alley areas can be classified into sixtypes. It was found that the sample group using multi-use areas would also have various spatial patterns. The results presented that transportation and open space network had effects on access to multi-use areas, followed by land and building used as well as building mass patterns and open space; that means, the dock alley areas that had a continuous network as part of the city would have the opportunity to induce people to use more space.
