Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการตรวจสอบและการตัดสินใจเชื่อสารสนเทศด้านโภชนาการบนเฟซบุ๊กของนิสิตปริญญาตรี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในด้านลักษณะการเปิดรับสารสนเทศ วิธีการตรวจสอบสารสนเทศ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเชื่อสารสนเทศ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีขอบเขตและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นิสิตปริญญาตรี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 300 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าลักษณะการเปิดรับสารสนเทศบนเฟซบุ๊กของนิสิตส่วนใหญ่ คือ การได้รับจากเพื่อน นิสิตส่วนใหญ่ตรวจสอบสารสนเทศบนเฟซบุ๊กโดยพิจารณาการแยกแยะเรื่องจริงหรือความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวของผู้โพสต์ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลในระดับมากต่อการตัดสินใจเชื่อสารสนเทศด้านโภชนาการของนิสิต คือ ปัจจัยด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของโพสต์ ข้อมูลในโพสต์สามารถตรวจสอบกับแหล่งอื่นได้

The main objective of this thesis was to study Chulalongkorn University undergraduate students verification and credibility judgement of nutrition information found on Facebook in terms of their exposure characteristics, verification methods, and factors affecting their credibility judgements. Survey approach was employed for the research design. Questionnaires were used for collecting data from 300 undergraduate students, based on a convenient sampling technique, at The findings of this thesis reveal that most Chulalongkorn University undergraduate students had their information exposure derived from their friends message sent on Facebook. Most of them verified nutrition information by distinguishing between facts and opinions of Facebook post authors. The credible posts and the possibility of checking posts across various sources were two factors affecting the representative students credibility judgements at high level and highest mean scores.
