Abstract

Fluocinolone acetonide (FA) buccal solution was prepared for treatment of oral lichen planus using cosolvents and surfactant to enhance FA solubility. Based on solubility power (s), cosolvents enhanced FA solubility in the order; polyethylene glycol 400 .
