วัตถุประสงค์

“วารสารกฎหมาย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย” เป็นวารสารทางวิชาการด้านนิติศาสตร์ จัดพิมพ์โดย คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีเป้าหมายและขอบเขตเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางวิชาการด้านนิติศาสตร์หรือความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนิติศาสตร์ที่มีเนื้อหาน่าสนใจ ทันสมัย ริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และมีข้อเสนอที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงการวิชาการด้านนิติศาสตร์และต่อสังคม

Aim and Scope

“Chulalongkorn University Law Journal” is an academic journal of Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University which publishes scholarly works within the scope of or relating to law. The aim is to disseminate academic articles and research articles that fall within the scope of the journal whose contents are, in the view of the editorial board, interesting, timely, creative, as well as containing recommendations which are useful for legal academia and the general public.
