Abstract
The aging of the world population has tremendous implications for healthcare industry causing numerousproblems such as reducing work abilities, increasing health problems and occupational injuries. Some strategieshave been proposed to resolve these problems in the aging healthcare workers such as assessing workplaces,developing less physically and responsibly demanding jobs, designing more flexible work schedules, and reducingworking hours whilst retaining fringe benefits. In Thailand, there has a few researches in this situation and lackssupport in policy and funds from the government, so these problems might cause impact on healthcare professionand their services. Therefore, the attention should be drawn to unleash the situation and to support futureresearch on this topic.
