Abstract
The authors report a case of Ehler-Danlos syndrome with gastric volvulus undergoinga successful surgical treatment. The diagnosis was made with imaging studies. Preoperativeresuscitation and nutritional improvement were carried out. Surgical treatment for gastricvolvulus in this patient included gastrojejunostomy and anterior gastropexy. The authors alsodiscuss diagnostic modalities and surgical treatments utilized in this patient.
