Abstract
วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากวรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน เรื่อง หัวนายแรง ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้กระบวนการสำรวจข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมภาษณ์ การสัมมนา สื่อสารสนเทศ เกณฑ์มาตรฐานในการยกย่องบุคคลต้นแบบทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ และประสบการณ์ของผู้วิจัย จากนั้นนำมาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและองค์ประกอบในการแสดง นำมาทดลองและพัฒนาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ตามกระบวนการที่กำหนดไว้ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของการแสดงทั้ง 7 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) บทการแสดง นำแนวคิดมาจากการตีความวรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน เรื่อง นายแรง 2) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ ใช้ลีลาของนาฏยศิลป์ร่วมสมัย นาฏยศิลป์ไทย และนาฏยศิลป์พื้นบ้านภาคใต้ เน้นการถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ผ่านสายตา ร่างกาย และการกระทำ 3) การคัดเลือกนักแสดงใช้นักแสดงที่มีทักษะที่หลากหลายด้าน 4) เสียงและดนตรี ใช้เสียง 4 ประเภท เสียงนักแสดงที่มีบทร้อง เสียงตามความรู้สึก เสียงประกอบการแสดง และเสียงดนตรีประกอบการแสดง 5) ฉาก ใช้การฉายภาพผ่านอุปกรณ์เทคนิคการฉายภาพ คือ ภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว 6) เครื่องแต่งกาย ออกแบบตามแนวคิดเอกลักษณ์ของบริบทพื้นที่กำเนิดของวรรณกรรมทางภาคใต้ รวมไปถึงขนบ (พิธีกรรม) ธรรมเนียมประเพณี 7) แสง ใช้การสื่อความหมายเชิงสัญลักษณ์ ให้สอดคล้องกับการฉายภาพประกอบการแสดง ฉาก อารมณ์และเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในการแสดง ผสมผสานกับหลักการหักเหของแสง ในการสร้างสรรค์ครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยคำนึงถึงแนวคิดที่ได้หลังจากการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ 5 ประการ คือ 1) แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์ที่มาจากวรรณกรรมพื้นบ้าน 2) แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับสัญญะในการแสดงนาฏยศิลป์ 3) แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับศิลปะการละครกับการสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ 4) แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบทางด้านศิลปกรรม 5) แนวคิดความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมกับการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์หลังสมัยใหม่ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ จึงเป็นการรวบรวมและเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาผลงานสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อวงการวิชาการและวงการนาฏยศิลป์ ตลอดจนเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของผู้สร้างสรรค์ในอนาคต

This study aims to investigate types and concepts from the creation of a dance based on a folk literature, entitled “Hua Nai Rang.” A qualitative method and creative research were applied as a research methodology. Data collection included a survey of related literature, an observation, an interview, a seminar, and related media. In addition, criteria for honoring a Thai classical dance role model and personal experiences of the researcher were applied. The data were analyzed and synthesized to investigate the types and elements of the performance. Eventually, the findings were employed in designing and creating the dance following a plan. Results revealed 7 elements of the dance including 1) an acting script from an interpretation of “Nai Rang,” a folk literature, 2) choreography that integrating contemporary dance, Thai classical dance, and southern folk dance focusing on expressing emotions through eyes, body, and actions, 3) casting of multi-skilled performers, 4) sound and music consisting of 4 types: dialogue with singing lines, narrative of emotions, sound effect, and backing tracks, 5) scenes using a projector in presenting still and animated pictures, 6) costume integrating identities of the sites where southern literature originated, customs (rituals), and traditions, and 7) light conveying symbolic meanings which were consistent with pictures, scenes, emotions, and the events in the dance including refraction of light. The creation of the dance in this study confirms the significance of 5 concepts relating to its creation. These include 1) the concepts about creation of dance from folk literature, 2) the concepts about signs in dance performance, 3) the concepts about performing arts and dance creation, 4) the concepts about elements of fined and applied arts, and 5) the concepts about cultural diversity and creation of postmodern dance. Hence, this study is an effort in cooperating and connecting knowledge in order to develop creative dance to serve academic and dance fields. Moreover, this study can be a guideline for those who are interested in creation such creative dance in the future.
