Abstract

ศึกษา 1) โครงข่ายเส้นทางการเดินทาง รูปแบบการเข้าถึงของเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยา และความสามารถในการเชื่อมต่อการเดินทางของเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยากับโครงข่ายขนส่งมวลชนระบบราง 2) พฤติกรรมการเดินทางของผู้ใช้บริการเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาในพื้นที่ศึกษา 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมการเดินทางด้วยเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายขนส่งมวลชนระบบราง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ใช้บริการเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยา จำนวน 400 คน และแบบสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐและผู้ประกอบการเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเดินทางพบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาส่วนใหญ่มีที่ตั้งของบ้านพักอาศัยมีการกระจายตัวอยู่ในพื้นที่เขตชั้นในของกรุงเทพฯ การเดินทางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อไปทำงานมากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่มีจุดเริ่มต้นการเดินทางจากที่บ้าน และมีจุดหมายปลายทางอยู่ที่ทำงาน เหตุผลทางด้านความรวดเร็วมีความสำคัญในการเลือกใช้บริการระบบขนส่งรูปแบบต่างๆ มากที่สุด ปัญหาในการเดินทางพบว่า สภาพความคล่องตัวบริเวณท่าเรือ และสถานีรถไฟฟ้าเป็นปัญหามากที่สุดผลการศึกษาพบว่ามีเพียง 22 คน มีลักษณะการเดินทางเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาและรถไฟฟ้าได้ทันที บริเวณที่มีการเชื่อมต่อการเดินทาง ได้แก่ ท่าเรือสาทรและสถานีรถไฟฟ้าตากสิน ในภาพรวมปัจจัยเรื่องอัตราค่าโดยสารพบว่า ค่าโดยสารที่ไม่เกิน 40 บาท จะเป็นจำนวนที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีจำนวนเกินครึ่งหนึ่งจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถจ่ายได้ ผลการศึกษาด้านปัจจัยในการส่งเสริมการเดินทางด้วยเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายขนส่งมวลชนระบบราง พบว่าการจัดโครงข่ายขนส่งมวลชนแต่ละระบบให้สัมพันธ์กัน เป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเชื่อมต่อมากที่สุด ประสิทธิภาพของการเชื่อมต่อการเดินทางด้วยเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายขนส่งมวลชนระบบรางในปัจจุบัน มีการเชื่อมต่อกันของระบบแต่ยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร ประเด็นในการตัดสินใจใช้บริการเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาร่วมกับรถไฟฟ้า ในประเด็นเรื่องอัตราค่าโดยสารของเรือด่วนเจ้าพระยาและรถไฟฟ้า มีความเห็นว่าจะต้องเสียค่าโดยสารในอัตรารวมที่ค่อนข้างแพง แต่ก็ช่วยประหยัดเวลาในการเดินทางได้

To study as follows: 1. Transport network in the pattern of access and competence in connection between Chaopraya express boat and network of mass rail transit system. 2. The travel behavior of all passengers who using the express boat in the study areas. 3. The promoting factors in travelling by the express boat connecting with a network of mass rail transit system. The samples of this research consist of 400 passengers who using the express boat, a group of government officials and a group of Chaopraya express boat holder. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and percentage analysis using. The study found that the majority of passenger whose residences spread all in Bangkok inner- city areas travel by the express boat for the main purpose of working. Mostly, the starting point and destination are from their house to office. A great travelling rapidity is main reason of passengers to use a varied mode of each transport system. Nevertheless, one of the passengers’ big problems that still exist is a lacking of liquidity not only on site of pier but also on the sky train station. The study results indicated that there are only 22 passengers who continuously travel by both of express boat and sky train rail link at the connection of Sathorn pier and Taksin sky train station. Also, its found that more than a half of passengers from the samples is payable not over 40 bath for the fare. Moreover, the study revealed that the most important factor that promotes the travelling by Chaopraya express boat connecting with the network of mass transit railway system is an effective correlation management of mass transit network. The efficiency of connection between the express boat and sky train rail link is still not suitable or effective enough. Actually, it is proved that although the fare rates are rather costly, the passengers really can save their travelling time.
