Abstract

ผู้ประกอบรถยนต์เป็นเสมือนผู้ที่คอยควบคุมกำกับจังหวะของการเรียกชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ จากผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน ผู้ประกอบรถยนต์แต่ละรายมีแนวคิดในการดำเนินการประกอบรถยนต์ที่แตกต่างกัน จึงทำให้รูปแบบของความต้องการชิ้นส่วนที่ส่งต่อไปยังผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนมีความแตกต่างตามไปด้วยเช่นกัน ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของการประกอบรถยนต์ ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนที่ทำหน้าผลิตชิ้นส่วนประเภทต่างๆสนับสนุนการประกอบรถยนต์ ต้องมีความสามารถในการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่มาจากผู้ประกอบรถยนต์ได้อย่างดีที่สุด ต้องมีการพัฒนา ปรับตัวให้เข้ากับผู้ประกอบรถยนต์ การดำเนินการผลิตและการบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพย่อมสามารถที่จะทำให้ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่มาจากผู้ประกอบรถยนต์ได้ดีกว่า งานวิจัยนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นที่จะศึกษาห่วงโซ่อุปทานของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์สำหรับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ โดยเริ่มต้นจากการศึกษาการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบรถยนต์ที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียกชิ้นส่วนจากผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ลักษณะความต้องการของลูกค้า รูปแบบกระบวนการประกอบรถยนต์ การวางแผนการประกอบรถยนต์ และกระบวนการเรียกชิ้นส่วน และศึกษาการดำเนินงานของผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน ที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่เข้ามา ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย การสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบ การชนส่งขาเข้า การผลิตและการจัดส่งสินค้า จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์อุตสาหกรรมเพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงช่องทางในการพัฒนาสำหรับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ผลของงานวิจัยคือ แนวทางในการพัฒนาสำหรับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ซึ่งมีทั้งสิ้น 4 ประเด็น คือ 1. การพัฒนาการวางแผนการผลิตเพื่อสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้ประกอบรถยนต์ 2. การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลเครือข่าย 3. การพัฒนาระบบขนส่งแบบมิลค์รันสำหรับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ และ4. การพัฒนาระบบมิลค์รันสำหรับผู้ให้บริการขนส่งแก่ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ โดยแนวทางในการพัฒนานี้เป็นแนวทางที่ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนสามารถที่จะนำเอาไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่มาจากผู้ประกอบรถยนต์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Automobile assembler is the key personnel for parts ordering from parts manufacturer. Each assembly possesses the different concept. Therefore, the patterns of each parts requested are different. In the supply chain of Thai automobile industry, parts manufacturer for supporting automotive must to hold the strong supportive capability. They need to have the continuous development and adjust to the automobile assembler. The more efficient production and logistics process, the more supportive for the automobile assembler. This research aims for the study of the supply chain of the Thai automobile industry and provides the guideline of logistics management for parts manufacturer. Starting from the study of the automobile assembler ordering affects toward the parts manufacturer, which consists of customer’s requirement, car assembly pattern, production plan and parts ordering, the research; then, studies the process of the automobile assembler regarding to the order, which consists of raw material ordering, manufacturing and transportation. After the analysis, the research will be able to indicate the channel of development for parts manufacturer. The result of this research is to demonstrate the development guideline for parts manufacturer, which consist of 4 topics. 1. The development of parts manufacturing planning in response to automobile assembler. 2. The development of network information management 3. The development of Milk Run transportation system for parts manufacturer 4. The development of Milk Run system for parts manufacturing transporter. These are the guidelines for parts manufacturer which can develop their work process to the better customer satisfying efficiency.
