Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อการออกแบบระบบสนับสนุนการรับคำสั่งซื้อสำหรับโรงพิมพ์ ซึ่งมีผลิตภัณฑ์คือสิ่งพิมพ์ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะให้ระบบรองรับลักษณะ Make-to-order และ ช่วยให้การประเมินวันส่งมอบและราคาของผลิตภัณฑ์ในการรับคำสั่งซื้อมีประสิทธิภาพ มากยิ่งขึ้น การประเมินวันส่งมอบจะต้องใกล้เคียงกับความเป็นจริงที่เกิดขึ้น และการ ประเมินราคาขายจะต้องตรงตามนโยบายของโรงงานที่ตั้งไว้ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันทางโรงพิมพ์มีปัญหาคือ มีการส่งมอบที่คลาดเคลื่อนและราคาขายที่ผิดพลาด จึงมีการศึกษาถึงสาเหตุที่แท้จริงโดยใช้หลัก 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) แล้วสามารถสรุปสาเหตุที่แท้จริงได้ ดังนั้นเพื่อที่จะแก้ปัญหาที่สาเหตุที่แท้จริง จึงได้ทำการศึกษาขั้นตอนการรับคำสั่งซื้อปัจจุบัน Work Studyของกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด วิธีการหาค่าเวลามาตรฐาน วิธีการคิดราคาขาย และทำการออกแบบระบบการรับคำสั่งซื้อ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการทำงาน ของการรับคำสั่งซื้อ และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด ทั้งข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่ต้องเตรียมไว้ ข้อมูลนำเข้าของแต่ละขั้นตอนรวมถึงวิธีการประเมิน และข้อมูลนำออกที่เป็นผลการประเมิน และรูปแบบการเสนอ เพื่อให้ผู้ประเมินสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการเจรจาหรือต่อรองวันส่งมอบ และราคาขายผลิตภัณฑ์กับลูกค้าได้ ซึ่งผลการออกแบบระบบได้ถูกทดสอบ ทั้งทางด้านประสิทธิภาพและการนำไปประยุกต์ ด้านประสิทธิภาพจะมีการทดสอบ 1.ระบบสามารถแก้ไขความไม่ชัดเจนได้ 2.ความคลาดเคลื่อนของผลประเมินเวลาที่ใช้ในการผลิต ไม่มีผลกระทบกับวันส่งมอบ และ 3.ความถูกต้องของการประเมินราคาขายซึ่งมีผลอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ทางผู้บริหารยอมรับได้ และทางผู้บริหารได้ให้ความเห็นสำหรับการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ว่า เป็นเรื่องที่คุ้มค่าและมีความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติด้วย ดังนั้นผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถสรุปได้ว่า เป็นการวิจัยที่แก้ปัญหาจากสาเหตุที่แท้จริง และได้เสนอวิธีการแก้ปัญหาที่สามารถทำไปปฏิบัติได้จริงด้วย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims to design the order receiving supporting system for a paper printing company. The purpose is to support Make-to-order industrial about estimating submit date and price of order to be effective. Estimated submit date should be valid and estimated price should be conforming to the company policy. Currently, because the printing company has been estimating errors, both of submit date and price. The root cause is studied by 4M (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) and then concluded accordingly. Therefore, to solve root causes, this research studies current procedure, work study of all production processes, method of standard time estimation, and price estimation and designs supporting system. The designed system is composed of clear processes and all necessary related data. It is defined as base data that is prepared beforehand, as the input data of each process and also estimation method, and as the output data, also report format in order that estimator can refer it for negotiation with customer. After designing system, there is testing designed system in 2 views, effectiveness and applying to actual work. For effectiveness, 1.It can solve the unclear processes of order receiving, 2.Error of estimated time does not affect the estimated submit date 3.Price estimation is correct by referring the result of survey and review from executive officers. Also, they give opinion of applying the designed system that is worth preparation time and has the possibility for practice. In summary, this research can solve the problems by focusing on the identified root cause and also proposing the countermeasures that can be practically applied.
