Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้นำเสนอการออกแบบโปรแกรมทันตกรรมทางไกล (Teledentistry) สำหรับอำนวยความสะดวกให้ทันตแพทย์หรือทันตบุคลากรอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่ห่างไกลที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกับทันตแพทย์เฉพาะทางในเมืองได้ โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนคือ ส่วนแรก เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับบันทึกประวัติผู้ป่วยให้อยู่ในรูปแบบ PDF เพื่อเก็บไว้เป็นข้อมูลในการวินิจฉัยเอง หรือสามารถส่งให้ทันตแพทย์เฉพาะทางร่วมวินิจฉัยได้หากผู้ป่วยมีอาการซับซ้อนเกินกว่าที่ตนจะให้การรักษาได้ ส่วนที่สอง เป็นโปรแกรมสนทนาทางจอภาพและรับ-ส่งไฟล์ภาพและประวัติผู้ป่วย มีหลักการทำงานกล่าวคือ ให้ผู้ใช้งาน Log in เข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อให้ฐานข้อมูลกลางทราบและเชื่อมต่อให้ จากนั้นทันตแพทย์เฉพาะทางจะทำหน้าที่เป็นเซิร์ฟเวอร์สำหรับให้บริการสนทนาทางจอภาพ (Teleconference) และเมื่อฝ่ายหนึ่งต้องการรับ-ส่งข้อความ ไฟล์ภาพ หรือประวัติผู้ป่วย ก็สามารถกระทำได้เพียงเรียกให้ผู้ใช้งานอีกฝ่ายทำหน้าที่เป็นบัฟเฟอร์ในการรับ-ส่งได้ตามต้องการ ซึ่งจะมีความสะดวกมากกว่าการใช้โปรแกรมสนทนาออนไลน์ทั่วไป อาทิ Skype หรือ LINE เนื่องจากโปรแกรมที่นำเสนอนี้มีความเบ็ดเสร็จ ณ จุดเดียว (One stop service) มากกว่า โปรแกรมที่จัดทำขึ้นนี้ได้จัดส่งให้ทันตแพทย์กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ 50 รายทดลองใช้และตอบแบบสอบถามสำรวจความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจ ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ทันตแพทย์ จากคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ทันตแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยรุ่นที่ 70 ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานชดใช้ทุนรัฐบาลตามภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ และทันตแพทย์พี่เลี้ยงของทันตแพทย์ผู้ปฏิบัติงานชดใช้ทุนรัฐบาลดังกล่าว แต่เนื่องจากมีทันตแพทย์ตอบแบบสอบถามนี้เพียงรายเดียว จึงมิได้นำผลมารวมอยู่ในวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ด้วย ซึ่งหากมองในอีกด้านหนึ่งก็จะถือได้ว่า ความคิดเห็นจากทันตแพทย์รายนี้ ก็คือจุดเริ่มต้นของการพัฒนาโปรแกรมทันตกรรมทางไกลฝีมือคนไทยต่อไปในอนาคต

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis proposes teledentistry design to facilitate dentists or dental health technicians in remote area which cannot communicate with specialized dentists in the urban area. Two parts are included, firstly the patient PDF records are send to specialized dentists if the case is more complex than they can handle. The second part is teleconference, image and patient record transceiver. When a user logs into the system, the central database will know and connect them to another user, and then specialized dentists will receive and answer teleconference server. When users would like to chat or transmit image or patient record, they only call another to acting as transceiving server, which make the process more convenience more than using online instant messaging (IM) program such as Skype or LINE because this program has a “One Stop Service" character more than them. This program was sent to three sampled groups of 50 dentists, lecturers from Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, 70th Doctor of Dental Surgery from Chulalongkorn University who works for reimburse government scholarship in rural area, and their trainer dentists for trial usage and submit questionnaire about their comment and satisfaction to the researcher. But only one dentist submitted this questionnaire and this thesis excluded a result. In another side means this dentist's comment is first step for Thai teledentistry program development in future.
