Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้คือการจัดทำระบบการจัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินกิจกรรมบนพื้นที่ผลิตในโรงงานปั๊มขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการส่งงานไม่ทันกำหนด แนวคิดการจัดการพื้นที่ผลิตถูกนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การรับวัตถุดิบ การวางแผนการผลิต การจัดตารางการผลิต การปล่อยงานเข้าสู่พื้นที่ผลิต การเคลื่อนย้ายงานระหว่างหน่วยงาน การควบคุมและติดตาม การส่งงานตามกำหนดส่งมอบ การแก้ไขปัญหาการแทรกงานจากลูกค้า การปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลได้แก่ เวลามาตรฐาน เวลาปรับตั้งเครื่องจักร เส้นทางการดำเนินงานของแต่ละชิ้นงาน การจัดทำระบบเอกสารมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานควบคุมติดตามการทำงานและนำเสนอในรูปของแผนภาพ IDEF0 เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสัมพันธ์ของแต่ละกิจกรรมในพื้นที่ผลิต หลังจากการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารพื้นที่ผลิต เปอร์เซ็นต์การส่งงานไม่ทันกำหนดลดลงจาก 37.77 % เหลือ 31.22 % โดยคิดเป็นเปอร์เซ็นต์ที่ลดลงเท่ากับ 6.55 % และมีระบบการจัดการพื้นที่ผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of this research is development a shop floor management system in an auto press parts manufacturing factory for solving the late delivery problem. The concept of the shop floor management have been applied. Starting from raw materials, production planning, production scheduling, dispatching, moving between cells, monitoring and control, delivery, work insert problem, update the database include the operation standard and set up time, work instruction document system and presented in the form of IDEF0 diagrams to show the relationship of each activity in the shop floor. After the implementation of the developed system, it is show that the percentage of the late delivery rate is reduced from 37.77 % to 31.22 % which improve that the late delivery rate is decreased by 6.55 %.
