Abstract

ในธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม การเลือกผู้จัดหา (Supplier Selection) เป็นกระบวนการที่สาคัญปัญหาการเลือกผู้จัดหาเป็นปัญหาการตัดสินใจแบบ Multi-Attribute Decision Making Problems (MADM) ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาที่มีความซับซ้อน งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสาหรับการเลือกผู้จัดหาที่มีความเหมาะสมที่สุดมาช่วยแก้ปัญหานี้ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมผลิตเสื้อผ้า โดยระบบนี้นาเสนอวิธีการแก้ปัญหาการตัดสินใจแบบ Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) งานวิจัยได้นาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจที่สร้างขึ้นมาประยุกต์ใช้กับโรงงานกรณีศึกษาซึ่งเป็นบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมผลิตเสื้อผ้าแห่งหนึ่งโดยใช้ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในการคัดเลือกผู้รับงานปักผ้า 4 รายที่มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดในการรับงานปักในแต่ละหมวดจากแบบปักทั้งหมด 4 หมวด โดยพิจารณาจากปัจจัยหลัก 5 ปัจจัยและปัจจัยรอง 16 ปัจจัย มีผู้ตัดสินใจคือคณะกรรมการ 4 ท่าน ผลการวิเคราะห์ของงานวิจัยที่ได้พบว่าผู้ตัดสินใจให้ค่าน้าหนักความสาคัญกับปัจจัยหลักตามลาดับความสาคัญดังนี้ คุณภาพ ต้นทุน ความน่าเชื่อถือ การจัดส่ง และความยืดหยุ่น เมื่อวิเคราะห์ค่าความสอดคล้องของผลคะแนนน้าหนักความสาคัญที่คณะกรรมการได้ให้ไว้ในปัจจัยต่างๆ แล้วพบว่ามีค่าต่ากว่า 0.1 ซึ่งยืนยันความน่าเชื่อถือของผลงานวิจัย จากนั้นเมื่อนาค่าน้าหนักความสาคัญปัจจัยมาคานวณร่วมกับคะแนนน้าหนักผู้รับงานปักในแต่ละปัจจัย ทาให้ได้ผลอันดับของผู้รับงานปักที่มีความเหมาะสมที่สุดในการรับงานปักแต่ละหมวดแบบปักสาหรับช่วยให้บริษัทนาไปพิจารณาประกอบการเลือกผู้รับงานปักในการรับงานปักผ้าต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Supplier Selection is the important process, because proper supplier selection leads to cost reduction and improve competitiveness of the company. Supplier selection is Multi-Attribute Decision Making Problems (MADM) which is a complex problem. Therefore, in this study, a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) is used for construct a decision support system for embroiderers selection for garment industry. A decision support system is developed and applied to a garment company having 4 embroiderers taking charge of 4 embroidery types. The selection is considered by 5 main factors and 16 sub factors. Decision makers consist of 4 committees who are specialists from this garment company. The result found that the rank of important weight of factors considered in selecting embroiderers is quality, cost, reliability, delivery, and flexibility. The analysis of consistency ratio found that all of the weight judgement have an acceptable value (≤ 0.1), which means that the result from decision support system can be accepted. And then, from the calculation of factor weight and embroiderer weight | we obtain rank of the most suitable embroiderer for this garment companies.
