Abstract

การจัดการทรัพยากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีบทบาทเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะองค์กรที่ตระหนักต่อความสำคัญของคุณค่าของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นแรงผลักสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจ ซึ่งระบบการจัดการทรัพยากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพนั้น ถือเป็นปัจจัยพื้นฐานสำคัญที่จะนำไปสู่การบรรลุเป้าหมายในการส่งมอบและสนับสนุนบริการทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ดังนั้นงานวิทยานิพนธ์นี้จึงได้นำเสนอกระบวนการสำหรับการจัดการทรัพยากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในมุมมองด้านธุรกิจ โดยใช้กรอบงานด้านการควบคุมระบบสารสนเทศโคบิต เป็นกรอบความคิดในเชิงกว้าง ในการพัฒนากระบวนการดังกล่าว ซึ่งกระบวนการที่ได้นำเสนอนั้นประกอบด้วย 3 ชั้นแบบจำลอง คือ ชั้นแบบจำลองเชิงภาพรวม ชั้นแบบจำลองเชิงองค์ประกอบหลัก และชั้นแบบจำลองเชิงนิยาม และนำเสนอระบบสนับสนุนกระบวนการที่นำเสนอในมุมมองด้านเทคโนโลยี เพื่อสนับสนุนการประยุกต์ใช้และการดำเนินการให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามมาตรฐานไอทิล กระบวนการการจัดการทรัพยากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และเครื่องมือสนับสนุนที่ได้ช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศขององค์กรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในด้านบุคคลากรช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิผลในการทำงานแก่กลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ นอกจากนี้กระบวนการและเครื่องมือสนับสนุนดังกล่าว ยังช่วยเป็นแนวทางให้กับองค์กรอื่นสามารถนำเอาไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนา และปรับปรุงกระบวนการการจัดการทรัพยากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ได้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Information Technology Resource Management (ITRM) has increasingly an important role especially in the organizations which realize the important value of information technology (IT) used to drive their businesses. The appropriate and efficient ITRM is a fundamental factor to attain the success in information technology delivery and support. This thesis proposes a process model design for ITRM in business view using COBIT framework in a broad concept. The process consists of three layers: Overall Process Model layer, Core Component Process Model layer, and Definition Process Model layer. In addition, a software supporting tool was developed according to the technology view for process practitioner for applying and performing the proposed process model for IT organization service management based on ITIL standard. ITRM process model and a supporting tool help increase the capacity in IT Service of IT organization. They also help improve the work effectiveness of IT staff. In addition, they could be applied in any organization to develop and improve the ITRM process efficiently.
