Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อรองรับกระบวนงานด้านการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลางของสถานพยาบาลเครือข่ายโดยใช้แนวคิดในการออกแบบระบบเชิงวัตถุ (Object Oriented) และใช้เครื่องมือ UML (Unified Modeling Language) ในการดำเนินงานวิจัยเป็นหลักโดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลการทำงานของสถานพยาบาลตัวอย่างจำนวน 3 สถานพยาบาล 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนงานของการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลาง 3) ออกแบบหน้าจอการทำงานสำหรับโปรแกรมการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลาง 4) ออกแบบโครงสร้างฐานข้อมูล 5) ตรวจสอบความ ถูกต้องและประเมินผลระบบที่ออกแบบ ระบบการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลางนี้จะคอยควบคุมและติดตามระดับปริมาณเวชภัณฑ์คงคลังของสถานพยาบาลเครือข่าย ซึ่งกระบวนการหลักที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อใช้สนับสนุนการทำงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาเวชภัณฑ์เติมคลัง การรับเวชภัณฑ์ การคืนเวชภัณฑ์ การขอให้เสนอราคาเวชภัณฑ์ การออกใบสั่งซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ การออกใบโอนย้ายเวชภัณฑ์ การออกรายงานเกี่ยวกับการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลาง ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยฉบับนี้คือแนวคิดและระบบการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์แบบศูนย์กลางที่อธิบายด้วยเครื่องมือ UML ซึ่งประกอบด้วย แผนภาพความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกิจกรรมและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง แผนภาพกระบวนการทำงาน แผนภาพแสดงการเปลี่ยนสถานะ แผนภาพคลาส แผนภาพลำดับการทำงาน ตารางคุณสมบัติของคลาสและการทำงานในแต่ละคลาส ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในส่วนงานบริหารเวชภัณฑ์คงคลังของสถานพยาบาลที่มีลักษณะการบริหารเป็นแบบเครือข่าย เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจ่ายเวชภัณฑ์ ลดค่าใช้จ่ายทางด้านการบริหารเวชภัณฑ์ ลดเวลาและปริมาณเอกสารที่ใช้ระหว่างกระบวนงานของสถานพยาบาลเครือข่าย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to design an information system which supports central managed inventory operation for medical supplies in hospital network by applying Object Oriented concept and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The research was conducted in five steps. The first step was to study and to collect raw data from three sample hospitals. The second step was to design and to development central managed inventory operation for medical supplies. The third step was to design the graphical user interface of central managed inventory operation system for medical supplies. Then the design of the database to support this system was completed. Finally, the central managed inventory operation system for medical supplies was examined and evaluated. Central managed inventory for medical supplies is able to control and monitor medical supplies inventory level in hospital network. The major operations of this system consist of fulfilling inventory level, receiving and returning medical supplies, generating request for quotation, issuing purchase order and relocation order. The results of this research are the development of system concept and the design of central managed inventory operation system for medical supplies which can be described by UML tools. They contain Use Case Diagram, Business Process Flow Chart, State Chart Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Data Dictionary and Method Description. The developed system could be applied to medical supplies inventory management in hospital network in order to increase efficiency about issuing medical supplies, decrease inventory cost, and reduce operation time and paper work of hospital network.
