Abstract

ศึกษาปัญหาการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปด้านการจัดการงานบำรุงรักษา และทำให้สารถใช้งานได้ในโรงงานผลิตปลาทูน่ากระป๋อง โรงงานดังกล่าวได้ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เรียกว่า SAP จากการศึกษาพบว่ามีสาเหตุมาจาก (I) พนักงานขาดความเข้าใจในระบบ SAP (2) วิธีการทำงานไม่เหมาะสม (3) จำนวนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถใช้ SAP ได้ไม่เพียงพอ และ (4) ข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน เมื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาแล้วได้แก้ไขดังต่อไปนี้ (1) ฝึกอบรมในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานระบบ SAP ให้พนักงานทุกระดับ (2) ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร (3) ปรับปรุงข้อมูลในระบบ SAP ให้ถูกต้อง (4) จัดวางเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เหมาะกับปริมาณการใช้ และ (5)ดำเนินงานตามแนวทางที่ผู้บริหารแนะนำในส่วนสนับสนุน หลังจากที่ได้มีการแก้ไขแล้วจึงได้มีการติดตามผล โดยการตรวจติดตามภายในด้วยระบบ ISO19001/ISO 14001 เมื่อพบว่าส่วนใดยังบกพร่องจึงดำเนินการแก้ไข ผลที่ได้ทำให้ระบบ SAP ถูกใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลการปรับปรุงให้ระบบ SAP ใช้งานได้นั้นพบว่า พนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อมีการใช้งานในระบบ SAP มากขึ้น 74.31% มีการปรับเปลี่ยนขั้นตอนการทำงานบำรุงรักษาในระบบ ทำให้หัวหน้าแผนกมีเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานอื่นเพิ่มขึ้น มีการเพิ่มเครือข่ายให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ใช้งานได้ในพื้นที่ทำงาน ทำให้พนักงานสะดวกมากขึ้นในการดำเนินการงานบำรุงรักษา และยังทำให้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ ได้แก่ สามารถเปรียบเทียบเวลาเฉลี่ยที่ใช้ในการซ่อม (MTTR) และช่วงเวลาเฉลี่ยก่อนเกิดการขัดข้อง (MTBR) ในเครื่องจักรประเภทเดียวกัน สามารถทราบสถิติลักษณะความเสียหายของเครื่องจักร สามารถทราบค่าใช้จ่ายงานบำรุงรักษา นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถใช้ในการาติดตามงานด้านอนุรักษ์พลังงานอีกด้วย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study problems of maintenance software application in tuna manufacturing. This manufacturer implement SAP application. From the study have found that (1) Staff have no understanding of using SAP. (2) There is no proper method of maintenance process. (3) Lack of the numbers of computers which are able to SAP installed. (4) The data are inaccurate and incomplete. After analyze problems, the solution were introduced as following (1) Training staff of the method of using SAP efficiently. (2) Improving the method of machine maintenance. (3) Improving the accuracy of data. (4) Installing the appropriate amount of computer. (5) Implementing the instruction suggested by manufacturer's director. From these solutions, we have tracked and evaluated the outcome using ISO 19001/14001 standard. When we had found the problem, the corrections was made immediately and continually. The outcomes are that staff have used SAP increasing 74.31%. The process time has reduced which make supervisor having more time to do other important work. The increase of computer network in working area make staff working more convenience. The data are also used in MTTR and MTBR in the same kind of machine. In addition it could be used for energy conservation.
