Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทำประกันชีวิต การสอบถามข้อมูล และการยื่นคำร้อง สำหรับลูกค้าของธุรกิจประกันชีวิตบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาทฤษฎี สารสนเทศ วงจรการพัฒนาระบบ การออกแบบฐานข้อมูล ระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต การออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ รวมถึงได้ทำการศึกษาขั้นตอนการให้บริการด้านประกันชีวิต เงื่อนไขของแบบประกันต่างๆ การคำนวณเบี้ยประกัน และการคำนวณมูลค่ากรมธรรม์ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับสนับสนุนการให้บริการทำประกันชีวิตบนเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งระบบที่ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นสามารถรองรับการใช้งานจากผู้ใช้ 3 กลุ่มด้วยกันได้แก่ ผู้สนใจทำประกัน ผู้เอาประกัน และตัวแทนของบริษัท โดยมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมการให้บริการด้านการประกันชีวิตอันได้แก่ การให้ข้อมูลในด้านต่างๆ จากบริษัท ข่าวสารจากบริษัท ข้อมูลแบบประกัน การคำนวณเบี้ยประกันและผลประโยชน์ บริการด้านใบคำขอทำประกันชีวิต บริการด้านกรมธรรม์ และบริการด้านสินไหมทดแทน ซึ่งการทำงานทั้งหมดนี้ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศให้มีการดำเนินการผ่านเว็บเราส์เซอร์ โดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ใช้ Microsoft SQL Server 2000 ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล และใช้ PHP เวอร์ชั่น 4.02 ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมประเภท CGI เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม หลังจากที่พัฒนาระบบเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการทดสอบการทำงานของระบบและพบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ซึ่งได้ผลเป็นที่น่าพอใจ งานวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบริษัทประกันชีวิตในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในงานให้บริการ โดยอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้สนใจทำประกัน ผู้เอาประกัน และตัวแทนของบริษัท ให้สามารถใช้บริการผ่านระบบได้จากระยะไกลได้ด้วยตนเอง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this thesis is study, analysis, design and development of information system for supporting life insurance service on Internet. Researcher studied theory of information system, development life cycle, database design, Internet networking, design and development of WEB application. And including study of life insurance business, operation and plan specification, premium calculation and cash value. This WEB application has target for 3 groups as : the proposed of life insurance, the insured of life insurance, the agent of life insurance company. Also, including service of life insurance process are the news or information from life insurance company, the product/plan of life insurance, the electronic application via Internet, the calculation of premium, cash value and policy benefit, the after sale service (service for insured such as claim, change insure/policy information, etc.). This application can run with WEB Browser on Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Server. The IIS server is using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database. Application develops by PHP Version 4.02 (CGI). After finished development already tested and found this application can work and meet with application target. This thesis must useful with life insurance business. It can improve effective and efficiency of service quality.
