Abstract

ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการควบคุม และวิธีการติดตามปริมาณวัตถุดิบคงคลัง การศึกษามุ่งเน้นในการลดการสูญเสีย เนื่องจากการที่มีวัตถุดิบคงคลังไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการผลิต รวมถึงการสูญเสียจากการมีปริมาณวัตถุดิบคงคลังบางประเภทที่มากเกินความต้อง การ และกำหนดแนวทางในการปรับปรุงโดยใช้เทคนิคทางด้านวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการคือ การวางแผนความต้องการวัตถุดิบ และการจำแนกวัตถุดิบคงคลังตามวิธี ABC เป็นหลัก เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการและบริหารวัตถุดิบคงคลัง และสามารถลดต้นทุนที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากการสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน ผลการปรับปรุงการควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลัง จากการศึกษาสามารถสรุปผลได้ดังนี้คือ 1. ปรับปรุงวิธีควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลังให้เพียงพอกับการผลิต โดยการจัดทำแผนความตัองการวัตถุดิบ และเพิ่มวิธีการควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลังโดยใช้เทคนิคตามวิธี ABC สามารถลดยอดคงค้างการผลิตลง 3.3 ล้านบาท รวมทั้งลดการสูญเสียค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็นลง โดยค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบอย่างเร่งด่วนจะลดลง 8 แสนบาท ค่าแรงในการทำงานล่วงเวลาจะลดลง 2 แสน ในขณะที่ยอดการผลิตและจำหน่ายเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 14.8 ล้านบาท 2. ปรับปรุงวิธีควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลังเพื่อป้องกันมิให้มีมากเกินความต้องการ แล้ว สามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่จะต้องทิ้งวัตถุดิบที่หมดอายุแล้วลงเป็นศูนย์ รวมทั้งวัตถุดิบคงคลังที่ไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหวเป็นระยะเวลานานกว่า 3 เดือนนั้นลดลงถึง 1 แสนบาท และลดปริมาณวัตถุดิบคงคลังลง 16 ล้านบาท

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To explore the problems for a switch factory and develop material inventroy control system as well as establish review procedure for checking inventroy level. This study emphasizes to reduce loss from the current inventory control system that cannot support enough material for production line and reduce loss from over stock material. By using industrial engineer techiques such as material requirement planning and ABC technique, the efficiency of material inventory control can be improved significantly. The results form the study can be summarized as follows. 1. The material inventory control system can be improved to keep the appropriate level of material inventory. By results, the back order reduced by 3.3 million baht and expense from import material by airfreight 0.8 millon baht and 0.2 million baht from labor cost in overetime working in the period that production volume increased 14.8 million bath. 2. Eliminated waste from material inventory, which scrapoed because of expired and rduced volume of slow moving stock unit 3 mounths 0.1 million baht including decreased material inventory 16 millon baht.
