Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบกระแสงาน โดยใช้แนวคิดเอกสารเชิงปัญหา ซึ่งเริ่มจากการศึกษางานในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ ที่เหมาะสมกับระบบกระแสงาน จากนั้นจึงได้ทำการพัฒนาโปรแกรมระบบกระแสงานภายใต้สภาวะแวดล้อมของวินโดวส์ และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้บนระบบเครือข่าย อินเทอร์เน็ต หรือ อินทราเน็ต จนกระทั่ง สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง แนวคิดเอกสารเชิงปัญหา ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบนี้ ใช้ขั้นตอนวัฏจักรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์โดยใช้แนวทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ในการจัดเก็บและนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ การแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน โดยนำเสนอรายละเอียดในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ จากมุมมองโดยใช้สัญลักษณ์ของผังงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อแสดงฟังก์ชันการทำงานในส่วนต่าง ๆ ของระบบงานกระแสงาน ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน 1. ส่วนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมออกแบบกระแสงาน โปรแกรมวิชวลเบสิก4.0 2. ส่วนของการประมวลผลของระบบกระแสงาน ซึ่งใช้โปรแกรมวิชวลอินเตอร์เด๊ป 3. ส่วนของระบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลไมโครซอฟต์แอกเซส ผลที่ได้จากการนำโปรแกรมที่พัฒนามาทดลองใช้งานสามารถทำได้ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. สามารถสร้างฟอร์มเอกสารในประเภทต่าง ๆได้ 2. สามารถกำหนดทิศทางการไหลของงานบุคคล, กฎเกณฑ์, เส้นทาง และการแจ้งในลักษณะต่าง ๆ เช่น จดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือ วิทยุติดตามตัว 3. สามารถดำเนินภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการต่างๆ 4. สามารถควบคุมการทำงานในกิจกรรรมต่าง ๆ และติดตามสถานะของงานได้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this thesis is to create and develop workflow process using Intelligent technique. The research did studied selected businesses that are suitable with this technique. Using Windows-based environment to implement this program and applied to use Internet and Intranet Util it is available to use. The Intelligent document program was developed to help solving complicated problems. Using Diagram, which is a business technique such as presenting all element functions of the workflow paradigm. The program was developed into three parts. 1.The Workflow designed and development part, used done by using Microsoft Visual Basic 4.0. 2.The workflow processes development part | used done by using Microsoft Visual Interdev. 3.The database development part, was done by using Microsoft Access Relational Database Management System. This Program can perform the following function 1.It can create many kind of Electronic Forms. 2.It can control direction of workflow, persons, Rules, Routes and alert message by electronic mail or paging. 3.Works on any operating system. 4.It can control and monitor every process status.
