Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ช่วยพยาบาลเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งหน้าที่และลักษณะงานในโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ช่วยพยาบาลชายและหญิงที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน จำนวน 300 คน คัดเลือกตัวอย่างประชากรจากผู้ช่วยพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพมหานคร 11 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบอัตราส่วนประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยดัดแปลงขึ้น ประกอบด้วยข้อความ 80 ข้อ แบ่งเป็นความคิดเห็น 8 ด้าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนด้วยการทดสอบค่าเอฟ และทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ผู้ช่วยพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน โรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล โรงพยาบาลในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความเห็นต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่และลักษณะงานในระดับความพอใจปานกลาง 2.ผู้ช่วยพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนและโรงพยาบาลรัฐมีความคิดเห็นต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่และลักษณะงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยนี้จึงสนองสมมติฐานของการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ว่า “ผู้ช่วยพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและเอกชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อตำแหน่งหน้าที่และลักษณะงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน" 3.ผู้ช่วยพยาบาลที่มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งหน้าที่และลักษณะงานทั้ง 8 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ จึงสนองสมมติฐาน ของการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ว่า “ผู้ช่วยพยาบาลที่มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งหน้าที่และลักษณะงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน"

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of practical nurses in Bangkok Metropolis concerning their role and job performance. The samples of this research were 300 male and females of this research were 300 male and female practical nurses from 11 hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis who had been working not less than 6 months. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire which developed by the researcher. It consists of 8 subtests with 80 items. The data were analyzed by using various statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance and t-test. The major finding are as follow: 1.The opinions of the practical nurse in private hospitals, government hospitals and Private-government hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis concerning their role and job performance were satisfied at the moderate level. The hypothesis “the opinions of the practical nurses in private, government and private-government hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis concerning their role and job performance were satisfied at the low level" had been tested and was not retained. 2.There was no statistically significant difference in the opinions among practical nurses in private and government hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis concerning their role and job performance at the .05 level. The hypothesis “There is no difference of the opinions in practical nurses in private and government hospital in Bangkok Metropolis concerning their role and job performance" had been tested and was retained. 3. There was no statistically significant difference in the opinions among practical nurses who had difference the period of times in working at the .05 level. The hypothesis “there is no difference of the opinions of practical nurses in Bangkok Metropolis hospitals concerning their role and job performance who had difference the period of times in working" had been test and was retained.
