Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของสัณฐานคะแนน เอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ ระหว่างเยาวชนที่ติดและไม่ติดเฮโรอีน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเยาวชนชายอายุระหว่าง 14 ถึง 18 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาตั้งแต่จบชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ถึงมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ครอบครัวมีระดับเศรษฐกิจปานกลาง และอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 100 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มเยาวชนที่ติดเฮโรอีนเป็นเยาวชนที่ถูกควบคุมตัวไว้ภายใต้การดูแลของสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กกลาง ศาลคดีเด็กและเยาวชนกลางจำนวน 50 คน และกลุ่มเยาวชนที่ไม่ติดเฮโรอีน เป็นเยาวชนที่เป็นสมาชิกของศูนย์เยาวชนลุมพินี ศูนย์เยาวชนวิชูทิศ ศูนย์เยาวชนโรตารีธนบุรี ศูนย์เยาวชนเทเวศร์ และสโมสรเยาวชนห้วยขวาง จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพเอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ ของสตาร์ค อาร์ ฮาร์ทอะเวย์ และ เจ ชาร์นเลย์ แมคคินเลย์ ฉบับแปลเป็นภาษาไทยและดัดแปลงครั้งที่ 2 โดยเกษมศักดิ์ ภูมิศรีแก้ว เลือกใช้มาตรที่ประเมินความเจ็บป่วยทางจิตและประสาท 3 มาตร คือ ดีเพรสชัน (D) ไซโคแพททิค ดิวิเอท (Pd) ไซแคสเธเนีย (Pt) และมาตรพิเศษอีก 3 มาตร คือ นีด ฟอร์ แอฟเฟคชัน (Hy₂) อินฮิบิชัน ออฟ แอกเกรสชัน (Hy₅) และแฟมิเลียล ดีสคอร์ด (Pd₁) โดยมีสมมติฐานว่ามีความแตกต่างของสัณฐานคะแนน เอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ ในมาตรดังกล่าวระหว่างเยาวชนที่ติดและไม่ติดเฮโรอีน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญปรากฎว่า มีความแตกต่างในสัณฐานคะแนน เอ็ม เอ็ม พี ไอ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในมาตร D, Pd, Pt, Hy₅ และ Pd₁ในกลุ่มเยาวชนที่ติดและไม่ติดเฮโรอีน ส่วนในมาตร Hy₂ นั้น ไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the differences of MMPI score profiles between heroin addicted and nonheroin addicted juveniles. The subjects were divided into two groups matched by sex (male), age (14 to 18 years), education (Prathom Suksa 4 to Mathayom Suksa 5), income of the families (1,000 - 4,000 baht per month) and residence (Bangkok). The first group was 50 heroin addicted juveniles under the probation of the Central Observation and Protection Centre. The other group was 50 nonheroin addicted juveniles from 5 Youth Centers (Lumpini, Wichutis, Rotari Thonburi, Deves and Huaykwang). The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (translated into Thai and 2nd revision by Kasemsak Poomsrikeo) was administered to the subjects. The scales which were of two types, (a) Clinical scales (3 scales): Depression (D); Psychopathic Deviate (Pd); Psychasthenia (Pt), and (b) Special scales (3 scales) : Need for Affection (Hy₂); Inhibition of Aggression (Hy₅) and Familial Discord (Pd₁) were used for this purpose. The hypothesis was there were significant differences of the MMPI score profiles between heroin addicted and nonheroine addicted in those scales. Comparisons by t-test were performed. The major result was :There were significant differences (p < .01) of the MMPI score profiles between heroin addicted and nonheroin addicted juveniles on scales D, Pd, Pt, Hy₅ and Pd₁.
