Abstract

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาผลของการสอนทักษะทางการพยาบาล เทคนิคการฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อเดลทอย โดยเปรียบเทียบระหว่างวิธีการสอนโดยใช้ครูสาธิตกับใช้สไลด์ – เทปสาธิต เปรียบเทียบเงื่อนไขในการสอนแบบเรียนทีเดียวหมดทุกขั้นตอนกับเรียนทีละขั้นตอน นอกจากนี้ยังศึกษาถึงความเกี่ยวข้องกัน (Interaction) ระหว่างวิธีการสอนกับเงื่อนไขในการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ปีการศึกษา 2522 เป็นหญิงล้วน จำนวน 100 คน ที่สมัครใจมาเรียนงานซึ่งมี 4 แบบได้แก่ แบบที่ 1 สอนโดยใช้สไลด์ – เทป แบบให้ผู้เรียนศึกษาวิธีฉีดยาจากสไลด์ – เทป ตั้งแต่ขั้นแรกจนถึงขั้นสุดท้ายแล้วจึงลงมือปฏิบัติ แบบที่ 2 สอนโดยใช้สไลด์ – เทป แบบให้ผู้เรียนศึกษาถึงวิธีฉีดยาทีละขั้น แล้วปฏิบัติตามทันทีในแต่ละขั้นนั้น ๆ แบบที่ 3 สอนโดยสาธิตสดแบบผู้สอนแสดงวิธีฉีดยาให้ดูตั้งแต่ขั้นแรกถึงขั้นสุดท้าย แล้วจึงให้ผู้เรียนลงมือปฏิบัติทันที แบบที่ 4 สอนโดยสาธิตสดแบบให้ผู้สอนแสดงวิธีฉีดยาให้ดูทีละขั้น แล้วให้ผู้เรียนปฏิบัติตามทันทีในแต่ละขั้นนั้น ๆ และมีเกณฑ์วัดผล 6 ข้อ เป็นเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวกับวิธีการทำ 5 ข้อ และเวลาอีก 1 ข้อ ผลของการเปรียบเทียบโดย Completely Randomized 2 x 2 Factorial Design ได้ผลดังนี้ 1). มีความแตกต่างกันในกลุ่มซึ่งเรียนด้วยวิธีสาธิตโดยครูกับสาธิตโดยสไลด์ – เทป อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ตรงตามสมมุติฐาน 2). ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในเงื่อนไขของการสอนแบบทีเดียวหมดกับแบบทีละส่วนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งปฏิเสธ สมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 3). ไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกันในระหว่างวิธีสอนกับเงื่อนไขในการสอนที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ซึ่งปฏิเสธสมมุติฐานอีกเช่นกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study were to prove the result of practicing muscular injection skill technique by comparing the demonstration teaching method between Live and Slide-tapes demonstration method in the condition of learning the whole versus part. The sample consisted of 100 female first year nursing students voluntured from Ramathibodi School of Nursing in 1979. There were four methods of teaching such as 1). Teaching with Slide-tapes demonstration by learning all steps all step of procedure then practice? 2). Teaching with Slide-tapes demonstration by learning step by step then practice following each step. 3). Live-demonstration teaching by learning all steps of the procedure then practice. 4). Live-demonstration teaching by learning step by step then practice following each step. There were six criterian to measure the practice procedure, five were method teaching and one was time consuming criterian. Data were analyzed by using completely randomized 2x2 Factorial design and the results showed that 1). The live-demonstration was better that the Slide-tapes at .05 level of significance. 2). There was no significantce in the condition of the Whole and Parts method. 3). There was no significantce in the interaction effect between the condition method and the method of demonstration.
