Abstract
ได้ทำการแยกอัลกาลอยด์จำพวกไพแรนโนควิโนโลน (Pyranoquinelone) จากใบชองต้นหัศคุณ (micromlum minutum seem.) โดยใช้ Preparative thin layer chromatography จากคุณสมบัติทางเคมี กายภาพ และข้อมูลของสเปคตรัม (spectra) หลายชนิด ทำให้ทราบสูตรเป็นฟลินเดอร์ซีน [Flindersine, 2¹,2¹-dimethyl]- ∝- pyrano- (5¹,6¹-3,4) -2-quinolone อัลกาลอยด์นี้ยังไม่เคยมีรายงานว่าพบในพืชสกุล icromlum มาก่อน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
A pyrataoquinolone alkaloid was isolated from the leaves of Micromelum minutum Seem, by means of preparative thin layer chromatography. The physical and chemteal properties together with spectro¬scopic evidence have shown that it is flindersine [2¹,2¹-dimethyl pyrano-(5¹,6¹-3,4)-2-quinolone]. This alkaloid has never been reported from the genus Micromelum before.
