Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตการศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2518-2520 สายวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ปทุมวัน ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นบัณฑิตการศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2518-2520 ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานครู และมิได้ศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้น จำนวน 82 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตดังกล่าวจำนวน 79 คน ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต 6 ด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ ความรู้และความสามารถทางวิชาการ ความสามารถพิเศษ ความสามารถทางวิธีสอน ความสามารถทางบุคลิกภาพ ความสามารถทางทัศนคติต่ออาชีพครู และความสามารถทางมนุษยสัมพันธ์ แบบสอบถามนี้เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามให้บัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาที่เป็นตัวอย่างประชากร และนำข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าซี และค่าที สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ กับ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตการศึกษา ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชา กับ ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตเกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตการศึกษา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชา กับ ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตที่ผ่านการอบรม จาก สสวท เกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตการศึกษา แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 4. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชา กับ ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตที่ไม่ผ่านการอบรมจาก สสวท เกี่ยวกับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตการศึกษาไม่ แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 5. โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นว่า บัณฑิตปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่น่าพึงพอใจ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships between grade point average and teaching performance of B.E. 2518 - 2520 graduates majoring in science from Srinakarinvirot University at Patumwan. The sample of this study composed of 82 graduates of B.E. 2518 - 2520 who have been teaching and have not studied further ; and their administrators. The researcher constructed a rating scale questionnaire to evaluate the graduates' teaching performance and sent this questionnaire to the sample. The grade point average of the graduates and data collected from questionnaire were analyzed by using Pearson's Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation, z - test and t - test. Finding 1. No significant correlation between grade point average and teaching performance of the graduates was found at the level of .05. 2. No significant correlation between the administrators’ and graduates' opinions about the graduates' teaching performance was found at the level of .05. 3. Significant difference between the administrators' opinion and the opinion of graduates who were trained from The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching of Science and Technology in teaching performance of the graduates was found at the level of .05. 4. No significant difference between the administrators' opinion and the opinion of the graduates who were not trained from The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching of Science and Technology in teaching performance of the graduates was found at the level of .05. 5. In general, the administrators were satisfied with the teaching performance of the graduates.
