Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงคุณลักษณะของแหล่งข่าวการเมืองที่น่าเชื่อถือในสายตาผู้สื่อข่าวการเมืองและผู้อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการคัดเลือกแหล่งข่าวการเมืองของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน งานวิจัยนี้แบ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยเป็นการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้สื่อข่าวการเมืองหนังลือพิมพ์รายวัน 8 ฉบับรวม 13 คน และ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์ 7 อาชีพ รวม 210 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้สื่อข่าวทารเมืองและผู้อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์ให้การยอมรับแหล่งข่าวการเมืองที่มีคุณลักษณะสำคัญ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของแหล่งข่าวและคุณลักษณะในการเป็นผู้ส่งสารทางการเมืองที่ดี ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการคัดเลือกแหล่งข่าวการเมืองของผู้สื่อข่าวการเมือง ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของแหล่งข่าว, ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างแหล่งข่าวกับผู้ลื่อข่าว, นโยบายองค์กรหนังสือพิมพ์และปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้สื่อข่าว ในส่วนระดับความน่าเชื่อถือที่ผู้อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์มีต่อแหล่งข่าวการเมืองนั้น ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.5 โดยแหล่งข่าวกลุ่มที่ผู้อ่านหนังสือพิมพ์เชื่อถือมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ นักวิชาการ/นักวิจัย,เอกสารข้อมูลต่าง ๆ และข้าราชการประจำ/พนักงานรัฐ วิสาหกิจตามลำดับ
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of this research is to study characteristics of credible political news sources in the views of political reporters and readers of daily newspapers in Bangkok, and factors affecting political news sources selection of daily newspapers. The qualitative research was based on in-depth interviews conducted by thirteen political reporters from eight daily newspapers. The quantitative assessment drew on questionnaires answered by two hundred and ten readers representing seven professions. The findings indicate that political reporters and daily newspaper readers accepted political news sources with credible characteristics and good ability to transmit political messages. The factors that influenced the selection of political news sources included characteristics of the news source, the relationship between the news source and the reporter, the newspaper’s policy and the characteristics of the reporter. Most readers expressed a medium level of credence of 69.5 percentage in the political news sources. The priorities were academics / researchers, documents and civil servants / state enterprises officials.
