Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของรายการวิทยุเพื่อชุมชนกับประชาคมสงขลา รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์การก่อเกิดประชาคมที่เป็นโครงสร้างรองรับการปฏิรูปสื่อตามมาตรา 40 ของรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2540 ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยด้วยวิธีสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก, การสำรวจภาคสนาม และการใช้แบบสอบถาม ให้ได้รับผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รายการวิทยุเพื่อชุมชน มีบทบาทเป็นเครื่องมือในการทำหน้าที่แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสารเท่านั้น ไม่มีอิทธิพลในการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมการแสดงออกของผู้รับฟังได้ รายการวิทยุเพื่อชุมชนในจังหวัดสงขลา มีลักษณะตามแนวคิดของวิทยุชุมชน ด้านการเข้าถึงสื่อ แต่ยังมิได้เข้าถึงแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับรายการ หรือระดับสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงเลย ทั้งนี้คงเป็นไปได้ ตามโครงสร้างใหม่ของ มาตรา 40 ของรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2540 ในอนาคต การศึกษาการก่อเกิดของประชาคมสงขลา พบว่า สื่อบุคคลเป็นสื่อที่มีความ สำคัญในการก่อเกิดประชาคมสงขลา ในแง่ของการมีกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม รณรงค์ร่วมกัน การก่อเกิดและคงอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่องของประชาคมสงขลา เกิดจากความเข้มแข็ง ของกลุ่มบุคคลแกนนำ ได้แก่ นางพรรณิภา โสตถิพันธุ์ นางอัมพร ศรประสิทธิ์ นายไพฑูรย์ ศิริรักษ์ ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญ อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์และทุนทางวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดสงขลาอย่างแท้จริง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis focuses at studying the role of the local radio programme and Songkhla's civic society. It also analyzed the organization of the Songkhla's civic society in relation to the media restruction according to the Clause 40 the Thai constitution 1997. The methodology of this thesis were, the depth interview, field surveys and the questionnaire to concluded the summary. The finding show that the local radio programme functions only the tool for the media of local news. It does not play the role in behavior change of the audience. The Songkhla local radio programme can be accessed but not opened to participation among people in the province. The starting and the progress of the Sonkhla's civic society owe some groups of people in Songkhla's civic society individually, Pannipa Sotthibandhu, Amporn Sornprasit, Paitoon Siriruk. They play the important role in participating in problem resolution of the province.
