Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์และรูปแบบการสื่อสารของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชน 2. เพื่อศึกษาช่องทางการสื่อสารเพื่อการช่วยเหลือประชาชน 3. เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติ ความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อบทบาทของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชน 4. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปริมาณการสื่อสาร ทัศนคติ ความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจของ ประชาชนที่มีต่อทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนในหมู่บ้านคลองทราย ซึ่งเป็นหมู่บ้านที่ได้รับการพัฒนาชุมชนจากกองทัพบก จำนวน 316 ตัวอย่าง และใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกนายทหารระดับนโยบายและระดับปฏิบัติการ ผลการวิจัยมีดังต่อไปนี้ 1. กลยุทธ์และรูปแบบการสื่อสารของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชน ใช้สื่อบุคคลในการเข้าถึงประชาชน โดยมีทหารระดับปฏิบัติการประจำอยู่ในพื้นที่ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ใช้ความสัมพันธ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการในการรับ-ส่งข่าวสารกับประชาชน และใช้ความเป็นมิตร ความจริงใจและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการช่วยเหลือประชาชน 2. ทหารใช้ช่องทางการสื่อสารเพื่อการช่วยเหลือประชาชน โดยผ่านผู้นำชุมชน เช่น กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน หรือ อบต. เป็นช่องทางการสื่อสารกับประชาชนในการที่จะแจ้งข่าวสาร หรือเรื่องราวต่างๆ ให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบ รวมทั้งการที่ทหารไปติดต่อสื่อสารกับประชาชนด้วยตนเอง 3. ทัศนคติ ความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อบทบาทของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชนอยู่ในระดับสูง ประชาชนมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อทหาร มีความคาดหวังกับทหาร และมีความพึงพอใจในบทบาทของทหารอยู่ในระดับสูงเช่นกัน 4. ปริมาณการสื่อสารมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 5. การรับรู้ข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์กับความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 6. รูปแบบการสื่อสารมีความสัมพันธ์กับความคาดหวัง ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทของทหารในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 7. การติดต่อสื่อสารของประชาชนกับทหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติต่อบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของทหารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เว้นแต่ทัศนคติต่อคุณลักษณะของทหารที่ประชาชนรู้สึกไม่ชอบไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันกับการติดต่อสื่อสารของประชาชน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is firstly, to study military communication strategies and style in community development, secondly, to study communication channel used to contact community people, thirdly, to study people's attitude toward expectation and satisfaction with the performance of the military community development and fourthly, to study relationships between communication, attitude, expectation and satisfaction with the military community development. The survey is conducted by interviewing 316 community people and indepth interviewed 20 military officers responsible for the development project. Findings: 1. Military communication strategies and style in community development is using informal and interpersonal contact with the community. Friendliness, sincerity and actively assistance are key factors of strategics communication. 2. Local leaders such as village heads, sub-district heads are used as information transmission vehicles to community people. 3. People have positive attitude toward, high expectation and satisfaction with the performance of the military community development. 4. Communication quantity correlates significantly with attitude of people toward the performance of the military community development. 5. Perception information correlates significantly with expectation and satisfaction of people with the performance of the military community development. 6. The style of communication correlates significantly with expectation and satisfaction with the performance of the military community development. 7. Communication of people with military correlates significantly with the attitude toward the performance of the military community development.
