Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ทัศนคติและการยอมรับการ สร้างโรงไฟฟ้าหินกรูดของประชาชนที่อยู่ใน ต.ธงชัย อ.บางสะพาน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ซึ่งเป็นบริเวณที่ ก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใชในการศึกษาจำนวน 389 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อ มูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความที่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ซึ่งประมวลผล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PCผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนหินกรูดในระดับตํ่า 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติเป็นกลางต่อการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนหินกรูด รองลงมาได้แก่ทัศนคติเชิงลบ และน้อยที่สุดเป็นทัศนคติเชิงบวก 3. พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 กลุ่ม ในอัตราส่วนที่ใกล้เคียงกัน คือกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการยอม รับหรือเห็นด้วยกับการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าหินกรูด กลุ่มที่ไม่ยอมรับการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าหินกรูด และกลุ่มที่ยัง ไม่ตัดสินใจว่าจะยอมรับหรือไม่ยอมรับ 4. ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่า มีตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของคะแนนการยอม รับการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าหินกรูดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเพียง 2 ตัวแปร โดยมีความ สำคัญตามลำดับคือ ทัศนคติต่อการสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าหินกรูด และความรู้เรื่องโรงไฟฟ้าหินกรูด ซึ่งทั้งหมด เป็นตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลในทางบวก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this thesis is to study media exposure, knowledge, attitude and acceptance of the people who live in Tambon Tongchai 1, Bangsapan District, Prachuab Kirikhanin Province to Hin Krut power plant project. The 389 samples were randomized among local people in this area.Questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis is based on frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis 1 SPSS for window program was used for data processing. The research findings are as follows 1.The majority of respondents have low-level of knowledge about Hin Krut power plant project. 2. Most of the respondents have neutral attitude to the construction of Hin Krut power plant. 3. The respondents can be devided into 3 groups with equal ratio; the first group is the group who agree with the construction of Hin Krut power plant 1the second is the group who do not agree with this project and the last one is the group who haven't yet decided. 4. The multiple regression analysis reveals that attitude and knowledge are two variables able to explain the acceptance of Hin Krut power plant construction project significantly
