Abstract
โลหะสี่องค์ผสม Pb [subscript 1-x-y] Sn [subscript X] Ge[subscript y]Te ซึ่งมีอัตราส่วน 1-x- y : x = 3 : 1, 1 : 1, 1: 3 และ 1 – x – y = 0 ได้มาจากการเตรียมโดยหลอมที่ 1200 º C และแอนนิลที่อุณหภูมิ 480 ถึง 500 º C จากการศึกษาผลึกด้วยวิธีการเลี้ยวเบนรังสีเอ็ก
