Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการก่ออาชญากรรมทางเพศของเยาวชนชาย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยทางมานุษยวิทยาหลายรูปแบบเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เช่นการสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก รวมทั้งเทคนิคของการจดบันทึกเป็นต้น โดยการศึกษาจากกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชนที่กระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศ และถูกควบคุมใน กองแรกรับ (บ้านเมตตา) ที่คัดเลือกตามความเหมาะสมจำนวน 12 ราย โดยนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อพิสูจน์สมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลเกี่ยวกับการก่ออาชญากรรมทางเพศของ เยาวชนชาย สามารถสรุปได้ว่า อายุขณะกระทำความผิดเฉลี่ย 15.8 ปี อายุปัจจุบันเฉลี่ย 17.2 ปี ส่วนใหญ่นับถือศาสนาพุทธ ร้อยละ 91.66 ส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในกรุงเทพ ร้อยละ 24.99 ส่วนใหญ่กระทำความผิดในข้อกล่าวหาว่าพรากผู้เยาว์ ร้อยละ 41.66 ผู้กระทำความผิดส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักเรียน ร้อยละ 50 การศึกษาสูงสุดของเยาวชนจบจากการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 50 ขณะกระทำความผิดส่วนใหญ่ไม่เรียนหนังสือ ร้อยละ 58.33 ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการก่ออาชญากรรมทางเพศของเยาวชนชายในกรุงเทพมหานคร คือ ระดับการศึกษาต่ำของเยาวชนชาย ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวของเยาวชนชายที่ไม่เหนียวแน่น เพื่อนที่ชักนำไปในทางที่เสื่อมเสียของเยาวชนชาย การติดยาเสพติดของเยาวชนชาย สิ่งแวดล้อมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของเยาวชนชาย และสิ่งยั่วยุทางเพศของเยาวชนชาย อย่างไรก็ตามไม่พบว่าการมีรายได้น้อยของครอบครอบครัวเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล ตอ่การก่ออาชญากรรมทางเพศของเยาวชนชาย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research is to study factors influential in sexual crime committed by male youth in Bangkok Metropolis. Anthropological approach and researching technique such as in-depth interview, participant observation and field notes are used in data collection from 12 appropriately chosen subjects. The result of this research may be summarized as follows: The subject' average age when committing crimes is 15.8 years old. Their present average age is 17.2 years old. 91.66% of them are Buddists. 24.99 % live in Bangkok. 41.66% of the offenders are charged with abducting of juvenile. 50 % of the subjects are pupils. 50 % out of which finish elementary education at the highest level. 58.33 % of them attend no school during the period of crime committing. The hypothesis test shows that the factors influential in sexual crime committed by male youth juvenile in Bangkok Metropolis include the subjects' inadequate ecucation, weak family tie, being induced by friends, drug addiction, environment inappropriate for youth, and sexual provocation. However, low-income of families has no influence on the male youth juvenile delinquents.
