Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดของชาวเขาในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ซึ่งทำการศึกษาผู้ต้องขังชาวเขาที่กระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคดียาเสพติดในเรือนจำจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 150 ชุด โดยมีแบบสอบถามที่สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติได้จำนวน 102 ชุด นอกจากนี้ยังได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) ผู้ต้องขังชาวเขา จำนวน 10 ราย การพิสูจน์สมมติฐานจึงใช้ทั้งข้อมูลเชิงประมาณและข้อมูลเชิงมานุษยวิทยา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดของผู้ต้องขังที่เป็นชาวเขาในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้ออำนวย และวัฒนธรรมแบบดั้งเดิม ส่วนปัจจัยที่ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดของผู้ต้องขังชาวเขา ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านอายุ นอกจากนี้ รายงานการวิจัย ยังรวมข้อค้นพบเหนือสมมติฐานบางประการ และข้อเสนอแนะทั้งด้านวิชาการและด้านปฏิบัติไว้ในตอนท้ายด้วย
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of this research was to study factors influencing narcotic crimes committed by hilltribe peoples in Mae Hong Son Province. 102 Questionnaires were used to collect quantitative data with 10 additional cases were in-depth interview. Both quantitative and anthropological data were then used to test the six hypotheses. The study found that the factors influencing narcotic crimes were sex, level of education, ethnic group, environment and ecological and old traditional. In addition, the study found some important information beyond hypotheses and ended with interesting recommendation, theoretically and practically.
