Abstract

โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจะศึกษาถึงผลของวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวของสตรีที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมซึ่งจะเป็นสตรีที่ใช้แรงงานไร้ฝีมือ ว่ามีปัจจัยใดที่ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบกับความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวและมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ในช่วงก่อนและช่วงวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและทางมานุษยวิทยา โดยทำการศึกษาสตรีที่มีครอบครัวแล้ว และเป็นแรงงานไร้ฝีมือที่เข้ามาทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมตั้งแต่กลางปี 2540 จนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน โดยเลือกทำการศึกษาในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยจะทำการศึกษาสตรีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย และผู้วิจัยได้เลือกสุ่มตัวอย่างสตรีจำนวน 10 คน เพื่อทำการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) สำหรับสมมติฐานการวิจัยที่ตั้งขึ้นมีด้วยกัน 9 ข้อ ซึ่งจากการสำรวจและพิสูจน์สมมติฐานมีผลปรากฎดังต่อไปนี้ 1. แรงงานสตรีที่ระดับการศึกษายิ่งตํ่ามากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 2 .แรงงานสตรีที่อายุยิ่งน้อยมากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 3. แรงงานสตรีที่ระยะเวลาที่สมรสยิ่งสั้นเพียงไรก็จะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 4. แรงงานสตรีที่ยิ่งมีรายได้ตํ่าลงเพียงไรก็จะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 5.แรงงานสตรีที่ครอบครัวยิ่งมีการขาดแคลนสิ่งที่จำเป็นต่อชีวิตมากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 6. แรงงานสตรีที่ครอบครัวยิ่งมีภาระหนี้สินมากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติ ฐานข้อนี้ 7. แรงงานสตรีที่ยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงบทบาทของภรรยาสูงมากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 8. แรงงานสตรีที่ยิ่งมีความเครียดภายในครอบครัวสูงมากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้ 9. แรงงานสตรีที่ยิ่งขาดการสื่อสารภายในครอบครัวมากเพียงไรจะยิ่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมากขึ้นเพียงนั้น ซึ่งข้อมูลจากการศึกษายืนยันสมมติฐานข้อนี้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to determine the following relationships between the impact of Economic Crisis and the changing Family Relationship of women working in industrial factories. This research was employed qualitative and Anthropology research methodology. The data were derived from 100 women working in industrial factories in Samut Prakan Province with questionnaires, 10 In-depth Interviews. Results from the hypothesis tests indicated that. 1. The more female workers had low level of education, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Based on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 2. The more female workers were young, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 3. The more female workers had a short period of marriage, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 4. The more female workers had low income, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 5. The more female workers were lack of vital things, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 6. The more female workers family were in debt, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 7. The more female workers’ wife role change were high, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 8. The more female worker’s tension in their family were high, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base on the findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted. 9. The more female workers’s communication in their family brake down, the more they will have changing of family relationship. Base oil tile findings of the study, this hypothesis was accepted.
