Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของงาน ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการทำงานเป็นทีมเพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดในห้องผ่าตัดศัลยกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องผ่าตัดศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองประกอบด้วย แผนการอบรมการพัฒนารูปแบบการปฏิบัติงานในการป้องกันความผิดพลาดในห้องผ่าตัด แนวปฏิบัติของพยาบาลในการป้องกันความผิดพลาดในห้องผ่าตัดศัลยกรรม คู่มือการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันความผิดพลาดในห้องผ่าตัดศัลยกรรม แบบกำกับการทดลอง เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของงาน ตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้วยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสถิติค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ คะแนนเฉลี่ยของประสิทธิผลของงานหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการทำงานเป็นทีมเพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดในห้องผ่าตัดศัลยกรรม ( [Mean] = 113.4, SD = 4.6) สูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง ( [Mean] = 97.7, SD = 4.2) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คะแนนเฉลี่ยประสิทธิผลด้านการบรรลุผลงานตามเป้าหมายหลังการใช้โปรแกรม ( [Mean] = 76.03, SD = 3.09) สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง ( [Mean] = 66.63, SD =2.72) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยประสิทธิผลด้านความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรในวิธีการปฏิบัติงานหลังการใช้โปรแกรม ( [Mean] = 37.37, SD = 1.69) สูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง ( [Mean] = 32.07, SD = 1.69) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this quasi experimental research was to compare efficiency of the operating theater before and after using the teamwork program for adverse events protection in operating theater. Research sample consisted of 30 nurses from surgical operating theater in Ramathibodi hospital. The research instruments were the training project of teamwork for adverse events protection program in surgical operating theater, training plan, using the adverse events protection in operating theater handbook and monitoring from using team work for adverse events protection program in surgical operating theater. Research data was obtained by efficiency of the operating theater questionnaires. The questionnaires were test for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was .91 The data were analyzed by percentile, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The major finding was as follow: The mean score efficiency of the operating theater using the teamwork program for adverse events protection in operating theater ( [Mean] = 113.4, SD = 4.6) was significantly higher than before experiment ( [Mean] = 97.7, SD = 4.2), at the level .01
