Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครทุกคน โดยไม่มีการสุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร เป็นจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 422 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นแบบตรวจสอบ ถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบ ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นแบบเลือกตอบถามเกี่ยวกับลักษณะพฤติกรรมผู้นำ 6 ด้าน คือพฤติกรรมด้านการแสดงออกในการร่วมประสานสัมพันธ์ พฤติกรรมด้านความต้องการในการร่วมประสานสัมพันธ์ พฤติกรรมด้านการแสดงออกในการควบคุม พฤติกรรมด้านการแสดงออกซึ่งความรักใคร่ผูกพัน และพฤติกรรมด้านความต้องการความรักใคร่ผูกพัน ซึ่งดัดแปลงมาจาก The Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation-Behavior Questionnaire (FIRO-B) ของซุทซ์ (Schutz) การส่งแบบสอบถามใช้วิธีนำส่งและรับคืนด้วยตนเอง ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา จำนวน 363 ฉบับ จากจำนวน 422 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.01 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีลักษณะพฤติกรรมผู้นำ ดังนี้ 1. พฤติกรรมด้านการแสดงออกซึ่งความรักใคร่ผูกพัน และด้านความต้องการความรักใคร่ผูกพัน อยู่ในระดับสูง 2. พฤติกรรมด้านการแสดงออกในการร่วมประสานสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านความต้องการในร่วมประสานสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับต่ำ 3. พฤติกรรมด้านการแสดงออกในการควบคุม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านความต้องการในการควบคุมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of the study To investigate the leader behavior characteristics of administrators in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok metropolitan administration. Procedures All administrators in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok metropolitan. Administration, numbering 422, were used as a population of this study. The instrument used in the collection o f data were questionnaires, each of which consisted of two parts : a check-list for informant’s personal data, and a multiple choice question for investigating six types of the leader behavior characteristics, namely ; expressed inclusion, expressed control, expressed affection, wanted inclusion, wanted control and wanted affection. The Schutz’s Fundamental International Relationship Orientation Behavior Questionnaire (FIRO-B) was translated in Thai-language and developed to be used for this study. Four hundred and twenty-two questionnaire were distributed by making direct contact. Three hundred and sixty three or 86.01 percent were returned. The collected data analysed by using percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation Findings The leader behavior characteristics for the administration in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok metropolitan administration were found in this study as the followings : 1) highly expressed affection and wanted affection 2) moderality expressed inclusion and low wanted inclusion and 3) moderality expressed control and low wanted control.
