Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยจากความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยา และการย้ายผู้ป่วยเข้าแผนก ICU โดยไม่ได้วางแผน ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ใช้โปรแกรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีม กับกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้ใช้โปรแกรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีม และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยจากความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยา และการย้ายผู้ป่วยเข้าแผนก ICU โดยไม่ได้วางแผน ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ กลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาในแผนกหอผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลปทุมเวช จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์ โดยวิธีจับคู่ และกลุ่มพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลปทุมเวช จำนวน 30 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 15 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ประกอบด้วย โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ แผนการอบรม คู่มือการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีมการพยาบาล แบบประเมินความรู้ แบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีม แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล และแบบบันทึกความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยาและการย้ายผู้ป่วยเข้า ICU โดยไม่ได้วางแผน เครื่องมือทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน แล้วนำไปหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .96 และ .92 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล ผู้ป่วยมีความปลอดภัยจากความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยา และการย้ายผู้ป่วยเข้าแผนก ICU โดยไม่ได้วางแผน หลังการใช้โปรแกรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีมสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล ผู้ป่วยมีความปลอดภัยจากความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยา และการย้ายผู้ป่วยเข้าแผนก ICU โดยไม่ได้วางแผน หลังการใช้โปรแกรมการนิเทศของหัวหน้าทีมของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this quasi-experimental were to compare patient’s satisfaction, nurse’s satisfaction and patient’s safety from medication error and unplan transfering patient to ICU between the experimental group and control group, before and after using the supervision program by team leader in Pathumvech Hospital. The research subjects consisted of 60 patients and 30 professional nurses. The patients subjects were select by purposive sampling from the experimental and control group by matched pair technique for a total of 30 subjects in each group, and 30 professional nurses assigned to IPD wards, 15 in experimental group and 15 in control group. Research instruments were the supervision training, training plan, supervision handbook, knowledge evaluation, and supervision monitoring. Data was collected using patients’ satisfaction questionnaires, nurses’ satisfaction questionnaires and medication error and unplan transfering patient to ICU form. The content validity of the patients’ satisfaction questionnaires nurses’ satisfaction questionnaires was determined by a panel of 5 experts. The Reliability was tested using which were .96 and .92, respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The major results of the study were as followed: 1. Patient’s satisfaction, nurse’s satisfaction and patient’s safety from medication error and unplan transfering patient to ICU before and after using the supervision program by team leader were significant difference, at a level of .05. 2. Patient’s satisfaction, nurse’s satisfaction and patient’s safety from medication error and unplan transfering patient to ICU of the experimental group and the control group after using the supervision program by team leader were significantly difference, at a level of .05.
