Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และความผูกพันในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลประจำการ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ กับความผูกพันในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานเต็มเวลาในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 350 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และความผูกพันในวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และค่าความเที่ยงโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2-4 มีค่าเท่ากับ .89, .92, และ .94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การจรณ์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และความผูกพันในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับดี ( X⁻= 4.31, 3.83 และ 4.12 ตามลำดับ) 2. อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร 3. เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความผูกพันในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= .64 และ .58 ตามลำดับ)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study attitude toward nursing profession, organizational support and professional commitment and to examine the relationships between personal factors which were age, education, and work experience, attitude toward nursing profession, organizational support and professional commitment of staff nurses in private hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis. The subjects consisted of 350 staff nurses working full time in private hospitals who were selected by multi-stage sampling technique. Data were collected using personal factors, attitude toward nursing profession, organizational support, and professional commitment questionnaires. The instruments were tested for validity and reliability. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were .89, .92, and .94, respectively. Statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, contingency coefficient and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. Major findings were as follows: 1. The mean score of attitude toward nursing profession, organizational support and professional commitment were at the high level ( X =4.31, 3.83, and 4.12, respectively). 2. Age, education, and work experience were no related to professional commitment of staff nurses in private hospitals. 3. The attitude toward nursing profession, organizational support were positively significant related to professional commitment, at p< .05 level (r= .64 and .58, respectively).
