Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของงาน และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการพัฒนาตนเอง ลักษณะงาน ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กับประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของงาน ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 292 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามการพัฒนาตนเอง แบบสอบถามลักษณะงาน แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของงาน และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิภาพของงาน ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยคำนวณสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ซึ่งมีค่าเท่ากับ .97, .92, .96, .92 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของงาน ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.09, SD=0.62 และ = 4.02, SD=0.68 ตามลำดับ) 2. การพัฒนาตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับปานกลาง กับประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของงาน ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r =.632 และ r =.581 ตามลำดับ) 3. ลักษณะงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับปานกลาง กับประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของงาน ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r =. 630 และ r =.573 ตามลำดับ) 4. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับปานกลาง กับประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของงาน ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r =. 466 และ r =.421 ตามลำดับ)
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This descriptive correlational study were to investigate work efficacy and effectiveness, and to examine the relationships between self-development, job characteristic, transformational leadership of head nurses, and work efficacy and effectiveness as perceived by professional nurses, private hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis. The sample consisted of 292 professional nurses, randomly selected by multi - stage sampling technique. The research instruments were the self-development questionnaire, job characteristic questionnaire, transformational leadership of head nurses questionnaire, work effectiveness questionnaire and work efficacy questionnaire. Content validity was established by a panel of experts. Internal reliability was established by using Cronbach' alpla coefficients at .97, .92, .96, .92 and .93 respectively. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. Principle findings were: 1. Work efficacy and effectiveness as perceived by professional nurses, private hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis was at the good level ( = 4.09, SD=0.62, and = 4.02, SD = 0.68 respectively). 2. Self-development was positively and significantly related to work efficacy and effectiveness, at the .05 level (r =0.632, and r =.581 respectively). 3. Job characteristic were positively and significantly related to work efficacy and effectiveness, at the .05 level (r =0.630, and r =.573 respectively). 4. Transformational Leadership of head nurses were positively and significantly related to work efficacy and effectiveness, at the .05 level (r =0.466, and r =.421 respectively).
