Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะเฉพาะการบริหารงานของพยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 21 คน แบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลผ่าตัด 7 คน พยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผ่าตัด 7 คน นักวิชาการด้านการศึกษาการพยาบาล 4 คน และศัลยแพทย์ 3 คน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ รอบที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของพยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร รอบที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาร่วมกับสมรรถนะที่ได้จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม นำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้แสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อรายการสมรรถนะในแต่ละด้านที่เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะเฉพาะการบริหารงานของพยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร รอบที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ นำผลจากรอบที่ 2 จัดทำแบบสอบถามส่งให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันความคิดเห็นอีกครั้ง นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะการบริหารงานของพยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1. ด้านทักษะภาวะผู้นำ 2. ด้านการจัดระบบการบริการการพยาบาลผ่าตัด 3. ด้านการบริหารงานคุณภาพการพยาบาลผ่าตัด 4. ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากร 5. ด้านวิชาการและเทคโนโลยี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to describe managerial competency of perioperative head nurses, government hospitals, Bangkok metropolis, using Delphi technique. Participants were 21 experts including 7 perioperative nursing administrators, 7 perioperative nurses, 4 nursing educators, and 3 surgeons. The Delphi technique consisted of 3 rounds. Round 1 began with an open-ended set of questions which all experts were asked to describe the managerial competency of perioperative head nurses in government hospitals, Bangkok metropolis. Round 2, qualitative data from the first round were analyzed using content analysis by grouping similar items together. Those items were developed for the second round of questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire were ranked the level of managerial competencies by a prior panel of experts. In round 3 the experts in round 1 ranked managerial competencies questionnaire which shared median and the inter-quartile range.The managerial competencies of perioperative head nurses were as follows: 1) Leadership skills 2) Perioperative nursing service system management 3) Perioperative nursing quality improvement 4) Resources management 5) Academic and technology.
