Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงาน กุมารเวชกรรม โรงพยาบาลตติภูมิกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในหอผู้ป่วย กุมารเวชกรรม จำนวน 578 คน จากโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ 28 แห่ง ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานกุมารเวชกรรม ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานกุมารเวชกรรม เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน และหาค่าความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีสกัดตัวประกอบหลักและ หมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวประกอบสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานกุมารเวชกรรม โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ ประกอบด้วย 7 ตัวประกอบ บรรยายด้วย 74 ตัวแปร มีค่าความแปรปรวนรวมกัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.58 ดังนี้ 1. สมรรถนะด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาล มี 18 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 14.50 2. สมรรถนะด้านการบูรณาการความรู้การดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วย มี 15 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 11.54 3. สมรรถนะด้านการช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยภาวะวิกฤต มี 9 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 11.20 4. สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและการใช้เทคโนโลยี มี 6 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 10.57 5. สมรรถนะด้านจริยธรรมและการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วย มี 10 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 9.77 6. สมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสาร มี 9 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายด้วยความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 8.98 7. สมรรถนะด้านการดูแลช่วยเหลือเด็กองค์รวม มี 7 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.01
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research was to study of professional nurses’ competency in pediatric unit, tertiary hospitals. The sample consisted of 547 professional nurses in 28 tertiary hospitals who had at least 5 years experience in pediatric unit. Rating scale questionnaire was use to study professional nurses’ competency in pediatric unit. The content validity were establizhed by 5 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire, calculated by the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, was .91. The data was analyzed using Principal Components Extraction and Orthogonal Rotation with Varimax Methhod The results were as follows: The of factor analysis of professional nurses’ competency in pediatric unit, tertiary hospitals yielded 7 factors which were by 74 items, accounted for 73.58 percent of total variance, and named as follows: 1. Nursing quality improvement competency, by 18 items which accounted for 14.50 percent of total variance. 2. Nursing knowledge integration competency, by 15 items which accounted for 11.54 percent of total variance. 3. Nursing of critical care, by 9 items which accounted for 11.20 of total variance. 4. Research and technology utilization competency, by 6 items which accounted for 10.56 percent of total variance. 5. Ethics and patient advocacy competency, by 10 items which accounted for 9.77 percent of total variance. 6. Communication competency, by 9 items which accounted for 8.98 percent of total variance. 7. Holistic pediatric care competency, by 7 items which accounted for 7.01 percent of total variance.
