Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในบริการของผู้รับบริการ และการรับรู้ระยะเวลารอคอยของผู้รับบริการ ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดบริการตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มผู้รับบริการที่มาใช้บริการตรวจรักษาโรคอายุรกรรม ในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลเมืองสมุทรปู่เจ้าสมิงพราย จำนวน 60 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จัดกลุ่มด้วยวิธีจับคู่ แบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มก่อนการทดลอง 2 กลุ่ม และกลุ่มหลังการทดลอง 1 กลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการจัดบริการตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอก แบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติการให้บริการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกเชิงกระบวนการ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในบริการ และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ระยะเวลารอคอยของผู้บริการ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .96 และ .81 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบทีผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการโดยรวมและรายด้าน ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดบริการตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอก มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดบริการตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอก สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรม 2. การรับรู้ระยะเวลารอคอยของผู้รับบริการโดยรวมและรายด้าน ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดบริการตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอก แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้รับบริการรับรู้ว่าภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดบริการตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกตนใช้เวลารอคอยบริการ สั้นลงกว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this quasi-experiment, one group pretest-posttest research were to compare patient’s satisfaction and patient’s perception of waiting time, before and after using nursing standard service program at out-patient department, Muangsamut Poochao Samingprai Hospital. Sixty patients were selected through purposive sampling. The patients were divided by matching technique into 3 groups, 2 groups for pretest and 1 group for posttest. The research instruments consisted of out patient nursing standard service program, observation check list for nursing practice according to out patient nursing standard service program, patient satisfaction questionnaires and patient perception of waiting time questionnaires. The instruments were tested by content validity. Reliability of patient satisfaction questionnaires and patient perception of waiting time questionnaires tested by Cronbach alpha coefficient were .96 and .81, respectively. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and t-Test. The major finding were as follows : 1. Patient’s satisfaction as a whole and each category, before and after using out patient nursing standard service program were significant difference at a level of .05. Patient’s satisfaction after using out patient nursing standard service program was higher than that before using out patient nursing standard service program. 2. Patient’s perception of the waiting time as a whole and each category before and after using out patient nursing standard service program were significant difference at a level of .05. After using out patient nursing standard service program, the patient’s perceived waiting time shorter than that of before using out patient nursing standard service program.
