Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด จำนวน 100 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด 1 ปีขึ้นไป ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าห้องผ่าตัด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบ สกัดตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบหลัก หมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธโกนอล ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลรัฐ มี 10 ตัวประกอบ บรรยายด้วย 63 ตัวแปร มีค่าความแปรปรวนรวมกัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.33 ได้แก่ 1. การจัดการทางการพยาบาล มี 20 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 14.01 2. การพิทักษ์สิทธิประโยชน์ผู้ป่วย มี 8 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 8.22 3. การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม มี 6 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 6.86 4. ความเชี่ยวชาญการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผ่าตัด มี 4 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 6.58 5.การจัดการคุณภาพการพยาบาลผ่าตัด มี 6 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 6.52 6. การบริหารงบประมาณ มี5 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 5.08 7. การวิจัยและนวัตกรรมการพยาบาลผ่าตัด มี 3 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 4.46 8. การบริหารเครื่องมือและห้องผ่าตัด มี 3 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 4.32 9. การจัดการสารสนเทศทางการพยาบาล มี 4 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 4.26 10. การบริหารบุคลากร มี 4 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 3.95

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors of head nurse’s competency in operation room, governmental hospitals. The sample were 100 head nurses who had at least 1 year experience in operation room. The research instrument was the perioperative head nurse’s competency questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Principle Components Extraction and Orthogonal Rotation with Varimax Method. The findings were as follows: Ten significant factors of head nurse’s competency in operating room, governmental hospitals were identified. These factors were described by 63 items that accounted for 64.33% of the total variance. 1. Nursing management described by 20 items accounted for 14.01% of the variance. 2. Patient advocacy described by 8 items accounted for 8.22% of the variance. 3.Environment management described by 6 items accounted for 6.86% of the variance. 4. Perioperative advanced practice nursing described by 4 items accounted for 6.58% of the variance. 5. Perioperative nursing quality management described by 6 items accounted for 6.52% of the variance. 6.Budgeting management describe by 5 items accounted for 5.08% of the variance. 7.Perioperative nursing research and innovation described by 3 items accounted for 4.66% of the variance. 8.Perioperative instrument and room management described by 3 items accounted for 4.32% of the variance. Nursing information management described by 4 item accounted for 4.26% of the variance. 9. Nursing information management described by 4 items accounted for 4.26% of the variance. 10. Personnel administration described by 4 items accounted for 3.95 of the variance.
