Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานแผลไฟไหม้-น้ำร้อนลวก โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ โดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 25 คน โดยคัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ จากความเชี่ยวชาญ 4 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย แพทย์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยแผลไหม้ 7 คน พยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านการบริหารการพยาบาล 8 คน พยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านปฏิบัติการพยาบาล 7 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญการพยาบาลด้านวางแผนและนโยบายจากสภาการพยาบาล 3 คน และวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานแผลไฟไหม้-น้ำร้อนลวก ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อที่เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานแผลไฟไหม้-น้ำร้อนลวก ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และส่งแบบสอบถามกลับไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญสรุปสมรรถนะที่สำคัญ เพื่อเป็นการยืนยันความคิดเห็น หลังจากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานแผนไฟไหม้-น้ำร้อนลวก โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ จำแนกได้เป็น 2 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1. สมรรถนะทั่วไป ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะ 3 ด้านได้แก่ 1.1 ด้านคุณลักษณะของพยาบาล 1.2 ด้านการพยาบาลทั่วไป 1.3 ด้านภาวะผู้นำ 2. สมรรถนะเฉพาะทางการพยาบาล ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 2.1 ด้านความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยแผลไหม้ 1.2 ด้านทักษะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยแผลไหม้ 1.3 ด้านความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยแผลไหม้
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research was to describe the nursing competency in burn unit, tertiary hospitals, using EDFR technique. Participants were 25 experts including 3 committee members from the Thai Nursing Council, 8 nursing administrators, 7 staff nurses, and 7 physicians with burn specialty. The EDFR technique consisted of 3 steps. Step I. all experts were asked to describe competency of the nurse on Burn unit of the tertiary hospitals. Step 2, study data were analyzed by using content analysis to search for themes involving competency. Then those themes were developed for the study questionnaire. All items contained in the questionnaire were ranked the level of competency by a prior panel of experts. Step 3, items were analyzed by using mean and interquatile range and then a new version of the questionnaire was developed. The new questionnaire was sent to previous experts for confirming the previous ranked items. Ranked items were analyzed again by using mean and interquatile range to summarize the competency of the nurse on Burn unit. The major findings were as follows: The nursing competency of the nurse on burn unit, tertiary hospitals were classified into two groups consisting of six components. 1. General nursing competency was consisted of 3 components : 1.1 Personal characteristics. 1.2 General nursing care 1.3 Leadership 2. Specific nursing competency was consisted of 3 components : 2.1 Knowledge of burn care 2.2 Nursing skill of burn care 2.3 Nursing ability of burn care.
