Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้รูปแบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคองในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งระยะสุดท้ายต่อความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลประจำการและความพึงพอใจในบริการของผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลประจำการ 2 หอผู้ป่วย หอผู้ป่วยละ 15 คน รวม 30 คน และผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งที่วินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย จำนวน 30 คน เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 15 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 15 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ และจัดเข้ากลุ่มด้วยวิธีจับคู่เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โครงการจัดการอบรมด้วยรูปแบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคองในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย แผนการสอน แบบประเมินความรู้ก่อนและหลังการอบรม คู่มือการดูแลด้วยรูปแบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคองในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย แบบติดตามประเมินผลการดูแลด้วยรูปแบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคอง แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลประจำการ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในบริการพยาบาลของผู้ป่วย ผ่านการตรวจสอบเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลประจำการและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในบริการของผู้ป่วยหาค่าความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาด (Cronbach's Alpha Coefficent) ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .83 และ .98 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาค่าความแตกต่างโดยใช้สถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลประจำการ ก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคอง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 2. ความพึงพอใจในบริการพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare nurses' job satisfaction and patients' satisfaction before and after implementing Palliative Care Model. Research subjects composed of 30 nurses from two women wards, 15 nurses each ward. The sample of 30 patients were selected, into 15 control group and 15 experimental group, using matched pair echnique. Research instruments were the Palliative Care training project, training plan, Palliative Care Model handbook, knowledge evaluation, Palliative Care monitoring, and nurses' job satisfaction and patient satisfaction questionnaires. Content validity judged by 5 experts. Nurses' job satisfaction and patient satisfaction questionnaires reliability were conducted Cronbach Alpha of the questionnaires were .83 and .98 respectively. Research data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Major results of the study were as followed: 1. The nurses' job satisfaction before and after using Palliative Care Model was statistically significant difference, at the .05 level. 2. The patient's satisfaction before and after using Palliative Care Model was statisfically significant difference, at the .05 level.
