Abstract
ศึกษาจำนวนชั่วโมงความต้องการการพยาบาลต่อวันของผู้รับบริการห้องคลอด จำแนกตามประเภทผู้รับบริการ และศึกษาอัตรากำลังบุคลากรทางการพยาบาล ตามปริมาณภาระงานในห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี โดยสังเกตเวลาที่บุคลากรทางการพยาบาล ซึ่งประกอบด้วยพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 22 คน และผู้ช่วยพยาบาล 23 คน ใช้ในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาลโดยตรง และกิจกรรมที่นอกเหนือกิจกรรมการพยาบาลโดยตรง ผู้วิจัยและผู้ช่วยวิจัย 6 คน สังเกตและบันทึกเวลาที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติแต่ละกิจกรรม โดยจับเวลาตั้งแต่เริ่มปฏิบัติกิจกรรมจนสิ้นสุดการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม นอกจากนี้ได้ให้บุคลากรทางการพยาบาล บันทึกเวลาที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน่วยงาน และกิจกรรมส่วนบุคคลด้วยตนเอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบจำแนกประเภทผู้รับบริการ แบบบันทึกกิจกรรมการพยาบาลโดยตรง และกิจกรรมที่นอกเหนือกิจกรรมการพยาบาลโดยตรง ใช้เวลาในการรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 30 วัน คำนวณอัตรากำลังโดยใช้สูตรของ บราวน์ ปี ค.ศ. 1999 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. จำนวนชั่วโมงความต้องการการพยาบาลต่อวันของผู้รับบริการห้องคลอด ประเภทที่ 1, 2, 3, 4, และ 5 เท่ากับ 6.24, 7.16, 7.75, 9.92 และ 10.90 ชั่วโมง ตามลำดับ และจำนวนชั่วโมงความต้องการการพยาบาลต่อวันของทารกแรกเกิดเท่ากับ 1.61 ชั่วโมง 2. จำนวนอัตรากำลังบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลในห้องคลอด โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีตามปริมาณภาระงาน ประกอบด้วย พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 26 คน ผู้ช่วยพยาบาล 20 คน 3. อัตราส่วนของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ : ผู้ช่วยพยาบาล ในเวรเช้า เวรบ่าย และเวรดึก เท่ากับ 7:6, 6:4 และ 4:4 ตามลำดับ
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
To study nursing hours per day of delivery patients classified by patient classification and to determine the number of nursing personnel according to workload in delivery room, Ramathibodi Hospital. Completed each nursing activities and indirect nursing activities for delivery patient by nursing personnel which composed of 22 professional nurses and 23 nonlicensed practical nurses were observed by the observer (researcher and 6 researcher assistants). The observer recorded the start and stop time of each nursing activity. In addition unit activities and personal activities were used self-reporting by nursing personnel. The research instruments consisted of patient classification form, direct and indirect nursing activity form. Data were calculated by using Brown's formula. The research findings were as follows 1. The average of nursing hours per day of delivery patients in each of 5 categories from 1- 5 were 6.24, 7.16, 7.75, 9.92 and 10.90 respectively. The average of nursing hours per day of newborns were 1.61. 2. The number of nursing personnel according to workload in delivery room, Ramathibodi Hospital were 26 professional nurses and 20 nonlicensed practical nurses. 3. The ratio of professional nurses : nonlicensed practical nurses in day shift, evening shift and night shift = 7:6, 6:4 and 4:4 respectively.
