Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ทักษะในการสื่อสาร ความมีอิสระในงาน กับการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลประจำการ งานผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนจำนวน 490 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมี 3 ตอนคือ แบบสอบถามทักษะในการสื่อสาร แบบสอบถามความมีอิสระในงาน และแบบสอบถามการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงโดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .93, .84 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean] = 176.56, SD = 23.198) 2.ทักษะในการสื่อสารทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้านคือทักษะในการฟัง ทักษะในการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ชัดเจน ทักษะการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ปราศจากการลำเอียง และทักษะการสื่อสารแบบเปิด มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลางกับการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = .613, .518, .564, .564, .482 ตามลำดับ) 3.ความมีอิสระในงานโดยรวม และรายด้าน 2 ด้าน คือความมีอิสระในการตัดสินใจในการปฏิบัติงาน, ความมีอิสระในการควบคุมเวลาปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลางกับการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r= .442, .554, .309 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนด้านความมีอิสระในการเลือกวิธีปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับต่ำ กับการจัดการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r= .220)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the level of patient safety management and examine the relationships between communication skills, job autonomy and patient safety management as perceived by staff nurses, Regional Hospital and Medical Centers. Four - hundreds and ninety professional nurses working in inpatient units were selected by multi-stage sampling. Three research instruments including communication skills, job autonomy and patient safety management questionnaires were content validated and tested for reliability from which the Cronbach's alpha was .93, .84 and .96, respectively. Statistical techniques used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows: 1. The mean score of patient safety management as perceived by staff nurses, Regional Hospital and Medical Centers was at the high level. ([Mean] = 176.56, SD = 23.198) 2. Communication skills, listening skill, giving clear information skill, getting unbiased information skill and foster open communication skill were moderate positively significantly (p < .05) related to patient safety management (r = .613, .518, .564, .564, .482 respectively) 3. Job autonomy, job autonomy in decision-making and job autonomy in time management were moderate positively significantly (p < .05) related to patient safety management. (r = .442, .554, .309 respectively). In addition, job autonomy in choosing how to do the work, was also positively significantly (p < .05) related to patient safety management, but at the low level.(r = .220).
